Humana medicare plan Pharmacy Operations

I have been with these idiots for 4 years now, under Medicare Part D.
I have appealed a negative drug decision, but cannot send an e-​mail or by surface mail. My mail was returned, even with the correct address. Customer service knows nothing.
The worst.

Do not fill ur scripts thru «Wrong Source Pharmacy»!!! I have had problems with most of my prescriptions that I’ve sent to them! If you get any kind of pain meds definitely don’t send it to RSP! Their customer service reps will make excuses/​lie as to why ur scripts haven’t been mailed. They’ve held up most of my scripts and say the Dr didn’t write it right or they need to make sure it’s the right therpy! If you have more than one being filled and one has a so called problem they will hold them all to save on shipping!!!
I get 60mg codeine sulfate tabs for Crohns disease related diarrhea. So I have to have a writing script mailed in and it has been held up because the pharmisct wants to make sure it’s the appropriate therapy with my doctor. (As if the dr change her mind from 2 days before) they sent me a notice about cheaper alternative drugs to the codeine! E.g. methadose, lortabs, etc… Basically they weren’t concerned about it being the appropriate therapy, the only concern was that there is a cheaper alternative! The codeine wasn’t prescribe for pain but to slow my bowels down from Crohns disease! They also have lost/​misplaced mailed in prescriptions and I have to be home to sign for the codeine from UPS/​FedEx! (Won’t let my neighbor sign for it, so it goes back to UPS for the next day delivery)
I take an anti cramp medicine (antispasmodic) that I didn’t care for, so I talked to the doctor and he prescribed another anti-​spasmodic medicine that ended up being worse, so I just went back to the original and tried to have it refilled and they denied it and held it up saying it was a duplicate therapy!
I’ve had 2 different doctors offices tell me they are the worst mail order pharmacy and they’re constantly harassing them with faxes and calls! It’s just a real pain in the butt to have to deal with mail ordered prescriptions! They need to work something out with local pharmacies where you can get a 90 day prescription from them!!!
So if you decide to go right source make sure you have enough medicine to last you at least 2 to 3 weeks after you sent in your last prescription as they tend to hold them up quite often! Don’t believe them when they tell you they will overnight it thru UPS!!! Also when you call to see where ur meds are they will put you on hold and make a tracking # and say, «it’s been shipped.» Thinking ur to stupid to look up the tracking info that showed the info was just received by UPS for a scheduled pick up but the item has not been picked up from their facility! Plus it seems to take two days from the time they scheduled the pick up to when it’s actually picked up by the shipper! E.g. Post office/​UPS…
They soon will be changing the name to Humana pharmacy… It’s a good thing the Humana insurance company isn’t ran like wrong source pharmacy!
