This store is great. Friendly and helpful staff.
Location isn’t great. It’s difficult to back out onto Brownsboro road, especially around rush hour. And there isn’t a lot of parking, so it can get full between 5 and 7 (when they close).
Prices are the same at every location so I don’t hold that against this location. I’ve always had great service here and have no complaints… I just wish I didn’t have to pray every time I put my car in reverse after picking up my dry-​cleaning.

RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE! For a company that has a monopoly in the Louisville area you would think they would be affordable. Nope, to have a jacket dry cleaned and a very small tear fixed it cost me $ 28. Excuse me? Plus I find the workers, though friendly really not caring about their jobs and made me feel I was interupting thier gossip sessions. I will be looking elsewhere from now on!
