Specialties

Flora is a bakery that specializes in vegan treats! We wholesale and do special orders of traditional baked goods like donuts, cupcakes, and our version of a pop tart. Our retail location will open sometime soon! You can purchase our products at Quills Coffee located at the address listed above. As well as, other Quills locations, all of the Sunergos Coffee locations, Press on Market, and Kolkin Coffee.

History

Established in 2015.

Our first event was the Jeffersontown Farmers Market on June 27, 2015!

What interests me are the reasons people have for their veganism. Personally, veganism inspires me to think outside the box. I love creating new ways to enjoy a classic treat or meal. I especially like making treats for kiddos with dairy and egg allergies!

Had my very first vegan pastry from Flora and it was pretty tasty. Their pop tarts are flaky with just the right amount of sweetness. I’m not someone who has a sweet tooth, but can see myself craving these often. I can’t wait to try some of their other offerings… they look too pretty to eat!

I cannot say enough good things about Flora vegan treats! Wonderful customer service. They helped me order stuff in advance, explained flavors and all that stuff. They delivered the treats to the hotel we were staying at in the time window I asked and made for a seamless birthday surprise. Donut flavors are amazing!!! The macarons could fool the non vegan and I think I could eat their toaster tarts every day! Nice people, great products!

Great vegan desserts, coffee and tea! Met this vendor down at the flea off market in Louisville Kentucky and absolutely feel in love. They have cheap coffee and desserts that taste amazing! I got a small cup of coffee and was saved from a bee by the man at the stand. The coffee was bitter with floral notes and breaks needed any sugar which is a big deal for me! Isabelle Forbes is the creator of this little place and has great insight on how to make cute vegan cupcakes.
