Food was good, as usual, but two significant things resulted in a somewhat dissatisfied customer. The«unlimited signature garlic breadsticks» seemed to have been redefined as … «one,» the one that came on the plate. We also couldn’t get a clean table, & the restaurant wasn’t *that* busy. Call me not particularly happy with this visit; previous trips here have been better. :(

The people here are always very nice. Food is good, actually very good for the price of the pasta dishes. It sometimes isn’t the cleanest restaurant in Louisville but the good highly outweighs the bad. Wish they had a location closer to my home.

Hate this place it just not for me. I hadn’t been here in sometime and WTH happen to the unlimited bread sticks? I understand its fast food, but still you can do better than this. The sauce seems to be mostly with sodium. Sorry just not my cup of tea stay away if you want my two cents.

Maybe it’s because years ago aliens invaded Georgia and destroyed all the Fazoli’s…I mean I do remember there being one when I was about 10 or 11 but all of a sudden they vanished. All I know is, I was in Louisville for the weekend and passed one and said OMG there’s a friggin Fazoli’s. Not that I remember the food being so fantastic. In fact, what did I really even remember about this place? Who cares? I just HAD to go. So the next day we walked in and were caught WAY off guard when instead of a hostess standing behind a podium ready to seat us, there were cash registers with high school kids standing behind them ready to take our order. WHAAAAA? Fazoli’s is «fast-casual»??? I almost turned around but my growling stomach forced me to the cash register to order. The food was very very good. Maybe it was our low expectations. I don’t know. But very good food. And the breadsticks(I love bread of all kinds by the way) were some of the best I’ve tasted! And they don’t charge for additional breadsticks! The food was so good that we ended up eating there 2 more times before heading back to Atlanta. Pathetic, I know. By the way, its very reasonably priced as well… I can’t think of a good way to end this review…

Just say no. For those of you that wonder how a restaurant could screw up pasta, it can be done! I like the idea of this chain, but the execution is all wrong. To boot, there was a hair in my carbonara(which was really just alfredo sauce with a little bacon thrown in there… laughable). Avoid.
