Arguably the rudest manager I’ve ever met. On a scale 1 – 10 in customer service skills (10 being the best), I’d rate her a — 4.
Very high priced items. I can normally find a lot of the same items online for around 5%-15% cheaper.
Last time I was there, I could hear the manager ripping a young employee. Any manager with common sense does this behind closed doors.
I have not bought anything from here since Christmas of 2013.

I have never been in a Fan Outfitters before but with the big game just around the corner I thought I would buy some new U of L gear. There were 2 huge signs in the front window that read «buy 1 get one free» so I went in. After looking around for awhile, I asked the sales girl how the sale worked. Did it have to be 2 of the same item or what was the deal. She quickly said that the signs referred to sweatshirts only. Everything else was regular price. That seemed a ittle like bait and switch or at the very least deceptive advertising. Considering some of the prices on the items were what I thought was extremely high, I left. I don’t like when stores post hugh signs about some sale then when you get in the door, the sale changes. Sorry Fan Outfitters, you lost a customer!!!

Not only do they have some of the best options for UL and UK fans alike (though I must disclose I have never been the the «blue» side) but the customer service here is out of this world. I live in Los Angeles and got a size too small in a women’s shirt and Megan was so quick to expedite a return to me so I could have my National Champions gear right after our win. She was friendly and over the top in terms of taking care of this need for me. Always a great stop for presents or that little something to add to a perfect game day. Thanks, Fan Outfitters for having great quality — both in product and in your staff!
