Very disappointed. We put in an order for doughnuts for our daughter’s birthday on Wednesday. Stopped by Saturday to pick it up & were told no one looked at the order, so they didn’t have them. We gave them 3 days & they still couldn’t do it. Now we’re left scrambling to find enough doughnuts at other places.

Breakfast Sandwiches are frozen and cooked in a microwave, I couldn’t make my own coffee and she made it way overly sweet. Just wasn’t overly satisfied with my experience, for $ 13 I feel as though it should be better quality.

As a native of Rhode Island, I am happy there is a dunkin near me now! it needs more consistency in how their coffee is made. My coffee should be the same as long as I’m ordering it the same and it is different every time.

Brand new store just opened in January 2013. Glad to see Dunkin starting to focus on Louisville market, they plan to open several more stores in the coming 2 years. I have often wondered why this city didnt have more of these, who doesnt like DD? :)
