CVS Pharmacy

I just experienced the worst costumer service at the CVS at 13 900 Shelbyville Rd Louisville, KY 40 245. Upon arrival in the store I did not see a single associate to assist me with my return. As it could have been a pharmacy item I started walking back to the pharmacy to see if someone could assist me. A few minutes later I hear someone in the front of the store so I decided to head back up there. During my return the shift manager tells me «Next time if you have a return don’t walk around the store first». Considering there was no one at the registers to assist me I was trying to find someone to help. I didn’t like the idea that she was implying I stole these items when I had a valid receipt. Poor customer service. I will never return to CVS in the future.

I have been working with this pharmacy team for 6 years. They know me by name, and the pharmacists are caring and professional. Love them! O

Overpriced, lack of variety… not real friendly.
