These people pray on the minds of people who are not computer smart. Most of their stuff is overpriced and outdated. To those who know nothing of computers, it’s easy for them to sell this garbage at such outrageous prices. They are also closed on the weekends which makes no sense because why would a computer store be closed on the weekends?

I needed 3 power injectors for some wireless access points and they had them. I needed them that day and Louisville does not have a lot of options to find them in a pinch. It is not a popular product that the standard Best Buy carries. The store does not have a lot of selection but I think that is good because they carry items that they know that work. The Asian man that helped me even took one out of the sealed box and let me test it. Good customer service for sure. Pricing was about average for a non chain store.

More pricey than I’d like on most things compared to online shopping or places like Micro Center in Cincinnati. Generally, that’s made up for by convenience of being able to pick it up locally today. Unless«today» happens to be a Saturday or a Sunday. in which case it’s off to Cincy.

I’ve been getting my hardware here ever since CompUSA closed so many years ago. Prices are competitive, and Gary Hong, the proprietor and head honcho, is a genuinely likable chap. The staff are knowledgeable and won’t try to take advantage of non-technical folks, unlike some any other places(*COUGH* Best Buy *COUGH* Geek Squad *COUGH* Darn it my allergies are playing-up-again) I could mention. The place has expanded a lot over the years I have been going there — from a tiny little shop to a decent-sized showroom. This is my go-to place for cables, power supplies, cases or other components. They also sell motherboards, peripherals and fully-built computers. Their website is at
