The ideas behind Computer Ninja have been the result of the philosophy «If you don’t like the way it works, do it better yourself». The current electronics repair industry has lost focus on who really matters, the customer. Big box stores are more focused on selling you a replacement, than fixing what you brought them.

We hope to change the computer repair market, to make it more customer focused. Our philosophy can be broken down into a few parts:

Accessibility

When your desktop computer breaks down, do you really want to have to disconnect all the cables, lug the tower to a repair location, then reconnect everything again? We don’t think so either. We will come to you, and your hardware. The only time we move your hardware is when it just cannot be fixed on-​site.
