Coffey’s Towing & Recovery

Zero stars. Worse customer service ever. The dispatch is unreliable, inconsiderate, and probably lazy since they didn’t bother to call me to tell that I would be waiting for hours in the cold for a tow that should’ve came in 45 minutes. I would not suggest this company. If you can avoid this service then do so.

Rude dispatcher, rude, rude, rude… took 3 hours versus the 90 minutes they said. Cost $ 70 to tow 1.2 miles. Wouldn’t take out of state credit card… really? A credit card is a credit card. Had to pay cash above what Allstate Roadside Service is paying… I am sure someone is pocketing something… very disappointed in service and with Allstate Roadside Service for using them.

I want to report a blatant act of kindness and professionalism of two of your businesses in your Louisville community !
Last Thursday the 17^th of July is a day that will be remembered by 6 hoosiers with great fondness for the people Louisville.
Two car loads people and a boat on a trailer were headed to our annual vacation to Dale Hollow. To make a long story short. Our trailer broke down on 65 south near the big airport.
Our first rescuer on the scene was Coffee’s towing. They successfully put our whole boat and trailer onto a hauler and got us safely off the Highway. «Never fear Coffee’s Towing is here.»
Our Driver was fun and competent helping make a, potentially depressing and dangerous situation into a safe and positive outcome.
Our next task was to see if we could possibly find anyone who would help us with our trailer and get us back on the road to vacation. Dukes A and W was recommended to us and I understand why. Dukes made our dilemma their dilemma. On the phone I got the sense that they really felt our pain. They said they would, «Do what ever they could to get us back on the road again.» They got their people onto it almost immediately and with in a couple of hours we were back on the road. They broke down the bill for us item by item and we paid a completely fair price.
I just want all the people of Louisville to hear about their neighbors providing good and honest Louisville hospitality.

Unfortunately we can not give less than 1 star. Very rude and unprofessional. During an already stressful situation when you need help. Do not call this company. Toe blood pressure will rise and you will still be waiting. So many other company’s to call, choose anyone except this one

If you happen to have 2.5 hrs to waste waiting on them to show up (when they promise 45 mins)
… and don’t mind them stealing stuff from your car… then they’re a great option!
