I went here for a simple body repair and noticed there was a small area in a tight crevice that was not painted properly and was still flaking. Overall service was fine except for that poor workmanship. Sadly I don’t have the time to return and ask for the repair to be redone and can’t say I would return for anything new.

Although the staff ws very friendly the service was sub par and the quality was lacking. Took a month and a half to get my truck in, I had to pick it back up a week and a half later because they were not able to complete the repairs by the commited to date then drop it off a couple weeks later. They did pay for the rental car as they should have for the additional time needed.
I was very dissapointed when I picked the truck up. The truck is black which shows scrathes and this color requires additional care. There was scratches all over the truck that were not there previously. It was obviously washed using the dirty brush they have sitting in the wash stall that they share with Enterprise rental car which on a black finish looked like they took sand paper to the thing. There was one large scuff on the side which they did agree to fix after I complained and showed them the photos of from the estimate where the 5″ square scuff was not there previously.
There is also a number of paint defects behind the rear door were the part was not cleaned prior to paint. As well as a paint defect on the front left bumper where the paint has a quarter size ripple. The rear door handle was also loose which I will need to fix when I have the time
with well over 10 hours of my time I was able to wet sand/​buff/​polish all of the scrathes out. I would have complaind more to the shop but first I didnt get the feeling they were going to take ownership of the issues and secondly even if they would have agreed I I was not confident they had the compidence to properly fix the issues.
Its possible the paint defect were just the result of one bad tech however the condition of the vehicle shows a lack of quality assurance and care which to me is a larger problem. I would find another shop for body work in the future.
