1st time here and disappinted with the nail techs attitude. The tech talked me out of the way i wanted my nails done, and was huffn and puffn throughout the service. I was afraid to even ask if he cld make my nails a little shorter. I tried to make small talk and the tech, was being a smart ass. There was Awkward silence. Not friendly and will not be back, truly rude.

The location is clean and nicely decorated. However, my nails cannot say the same. My shellac peeled after 3 or 4 days. Very frustrating. I tried it again after it happen the first time, assuming I just had a new person and bad luck… Same thing the second time. I will not return.

I went here for the first time 6 days ago and will never go back. It was the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere: 1) The tech got up about 8 times while she was doing my acrylic nails and didn’t even apologize. 2) She sent three text messages on her phone that was on the table RIGHT in front of me. To top it off, no kidding, it was just several emojicons including numerous ”s. 3) The quality of work she did was terrible(refer to the pic). The acrylic was bumpy and not properly applied evenly. And she did not even cover all of my nails from side to side. This place is a joke. Save your money. The worst part is it was the day before my wedding.

I’ve never experienced such rudeness from a nail place. They went back on their pricing that they told me, and when I asked about it the lady at the front desk pointed get finger in my face and raised her voice. Charged me $ 70 for a mani pedi with gel polish, I was told before hand that it would be $ 55! I wouldn’t have an issue with the $ 70 pricing if I had actually received good service, but it wasn’t. They didn’t even massage my feet during the pedicure!

I never post about these places. Today I have to. I have never been so annoyed after getting a pedicure. The lady I had(wish I got her name) kept asking me the same question. It was obvious she wasn’t paying attention to what I was saying, and that she was more concerned with the conversation she was having with the other nail technicians around her. When I said I wanted my nails cut short, I had to repeat myself 3 times because, again, the conversation she was having with the nail techs around her were more important than LISTENING to what I was asking for. My nails were not cut short, by the way. She asked if I had shellac on my toenails. I said I did. She never told me beforehand there would be a $ 3 charge to remove the shellac. There was no sign that I could find in the place that said it either. She told me about the charge when she took my money. On top of it, I didn’t want a deluxe pedicure, but I felt pressured into getting one. I felt like she was just trying to get more money out of me, and whenever I said no the first time to the deluxe pedicure, she switched languages and said something to the nail tech next to her who looked at me with a rude stare. I can’t stand when they do that, because I know they were talking about me. So, when she asked me again I said just give me the deluxe. She did nothing special. All the«deluxe pedicure» is, is they use a scented scrub on your legs, and wipe it off two minutes later. The biggest annoyance I had, was that my paint chipped the next day after my pedicure. I went back, had them fix it, and it chipped again three days later. By the way, it has only been a week. I will never be back. $ 40 was what I spent including the tip. Overpriced and crappy nails.

By far the best nail place in Louisville… at least for a California girl looking for a comparable place. Their committed to customer service which is key for me and their prices are reasonable.
