So, I had a return this evening and was pleasantly taken care of by Erika and Jameil.
They went out of their way to be courteous and efficient.
Erika is quite a sales person and showed us that great massage chair… We weren’t even in the market for a massage chair! Wow, great piece of machinery. Almost like a real massage. We may go back and get one!

I just received Brookstone’s «Palm Harbor 5 Piece Café Dining set» for my patio.. The claim is that the set is stong, but nothing could be further from the truth. Of the 4 chairs, 2 backs arrived bent out of shape, and none of the 4 chairs sit level, one of which dangles an inch and a half off my straight surface. The set arrived in 2 boxes, with the chairs stacked in one of the boxes, legs sticking out. without any insulation material, so the chairs could bounce in the over sized box. I called customer service and spoke to 2 people who told me different things in regard to the return, so they are not even together on that matter. Unfortunately I purchased a high quality cover from another company and so now I am out $ 70.00. I never opened the box with the table so I cannot comment on that. I will see what happens when the set is to be picked up.
