James is a graduate of Morehead State University and founder of Bluegrass Services of Ky LLC. 15+ years in management and licensed as a Home Inspector by the state of Kentucky, has been serving Louisville and the surrounding area with vital Real Estate Services that includes Licensed Home Inspections and Full Service REO Property Preservation. As a member of the Greater Louisville Board of Realtors and the International Association of Home Inspectors, we uphold the highest professionalism and utilize state of the art equipment and reporting techniques.
