Or stop by our production kitchen on Tuesdays for Tuesday Freezer Raids from 12 – 6 pm. Bring a cooler and stock up on pints.
History
Established in 2013.
Brian and Allysan Comstock’s plan to handcraft delicious super premium ice cream started in 1982. Their first production kitchen opened in Jeffersontown Sept. 2014. About 20 Flavors are available year round with seasonal favorites like peach, blueberry muffin and pumpkin rotating through. Holiday Peppermint Bark, Bourbon Cherry Cordial & Chocolate Macaroon in Dec/Jan Often a customer request like banana pudding becomes a standard. Creating custom Flavors for chefs, clubs and individual events is Bernoulli Small Batch Ice Cream’s forte. «Our limits are your imagination.»

Brian is an ice cream fanatic who studied ice cream production at the University of Maryland after completing his service in the US Air Force and degree at UK. He opened Bernoulli Small Batch Ice Cream in 2013, a dream finally realized as a veteran owned small business and Kentucky Proud producer.
