History

Established in 1995.

Local and Family owned. Over the span of 2 years, the current owners brought Architectural Window and Door from failing to doing millions of dollars in sales each year. This was achieved entirely because of the owners’ insistence on offering the best, most honest price, and always being straightforward with everyone with whom they worked. This family has run A.W.D. with a vision of honesty, integrity and quality.

Business Owner

Kevin has brought the best quality windows and doors to builders and contractors as well as homeowners for over 17 years. After working all over New England he was sought out and brought down to Kentucky to save company on the brink of failure. Years later, working for a replacement window company here in Louisville, he met Andy, who now manages our residential sales to homeowners. They forged a lasting friendship founded on their passion for what they do. When Kevin took over Architectural Window and Door, he brought Andy over to work here with him and together, with a new partner, Matt and Harold, an INCREDIBLY talented woodworker, who co-​owns the company, as well as Finish Design Woodworking in Southern IN, they are building a company founded on integrity, skill, high quality products and excellent customer service.
