AAP has been my go-​to boarder and groomer for nearly 2 years. They know my dogs by name when we walk in and know how to address their personalities. They are also the only place that has successfully trimmed my Ratchi’s nails. Highly recommend.

I like the staff and the vet. I’m extremely frustrated with their hours. If your the only caretaker of your pet and you work an 8 to 5 job, this may not be the vet for you. You will likely end up having to take time off from work everytime you need to bring your pet in, unless you schedule 2 or more weeks in advance for one of the available appointments on Saturday when they are only open half a day.
I have an elderly cat, which means I am taking him in monthly, I am spending all of my vacation time just to take my cat to the vet.

AAP has groomed our senior Lhasa for the latter portion of her years and have taken great care of her. They always recognize her, know her hip issues and take special care with her as her eyesight has diminished. If they see skin or Heath issues (such as a fatty tumor on our lhasa’s side), they make note of it and mention it for vet follow-​up. Louisville — and especially Jtown — is lucky to have All About Pets!

This is probably the best place for pet grooming in Louisville. The staff treats your loved one like family and even the boarding part is handled professionally. I was always encouraged to check on my babies by calling the staff while I was away. These folks listen and they care about our four-​legged friends!
