We visited the store for the first time on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, looking for soccer cleats for my 9 year old. We search around for awhile before finding them, no help from staff. The shoes were displayed then were stacked to the ceiling very disorganized. You pretty much had to open each box to see what shoes were in each box. Finally, an employee came to assist. As soon as we told her what we needed she looked very discouraged but asked what size we needed. Next thing we know we look away and she disappears never to return. Not to mention from what I could see, there were only 3 pairs of the size we needed in the entire store, two of which were for girls not boys. We never saw another employee until we left the store, without a purchase, standing by the door.

I went to this store a few weeks back. All of the clothing is wayyy over priced, but they have quality products and a wide selection. The customer service could use some work though.

The store is nice and clean since its a new store but the customer service there is terrible. We walked around the whole store and passed at least 10 employees on the floor and no one made eye contact or asked if we needed help finding anything. The majority of employees were young adults who would rather stand around talking than to actually do their job. I doubt I will return to this store ever.
