History

Established in 1989.

We are a second generation family owned business. Our company was established in the late 1980’s in Gilmer County by Noël Roberts and Leonard Montgomery. They began with not much more than a strong work ethic and a dream of building an independent insurance agency in north central West Virginia that would provide quality services and products at affordable prices.

Business Owner

Brad is the son of Noël Roberts and nephew of Leonard Montgomery, who established M&R. Brad went to work in the early 90’s for M&R while finishing his business degree at Glenville State College. In 1998 he took up the mantle to carrying their dream and efforts.
