Every time I go in to Lemos, I’ve had a great experience. They remember me, my dog and what we usually buy. They’ve made excellent recommendations when I come in with a question and Storm is better off for it. Thank you guys so much :)

Fantastic products, OK prices, so/​so customer service. I’ve found the guy working on Sundays doesn’t seem to keen to really get to know the animals that come in and as a customer, what I want for my animal. Isn’t very helpful, doesn’t seem super familiar with products.
The ladies working here that I’ve dealt with have always been wonderful. Just sort of disappointing that I need to make sure to come in when one of the more enthusiastic workers is working to get the information&therefore the right product desired. I find myself going to Squeaks&Chirps more often even though their product selection is much slimmer, their customer service makes up for it though.
