Called a few days in advance to schedule last minute cleaning. Was very pleased that appointment was scheduled the day that I needed it. Come day of appointment no show. After hours someone finally called and said they had appointment written on another day. One miscommunication is acceptable. Company owner said someone would be out at 830 and also would dry carpets with fans since there was a mistake in the appointment time. Company arrived 10 minutes late. I asked if there were fans and the worker said he had none. Later my husband called and they said a fan would be dropped off no one ever showed up with a fan. This is inexcusable. Will never use or recommend company
