YogaSource Los Gatos is California’s largest and most awarded Yoga studio. Offering a variety of 14 heated and non-​heated yoga styles tailored for all levels, interests and abilities of practice. From the Bikram sequence, known for the heated room to the physically challenging Flowing styles or the more meditative Yin yoga, you are sure to find a yoga class for you and, because it is at YogaSource, you know it will be taught by the most expert teachers in the Bay Area.

History

Established in 2002.

Our mission is to create a home for the practice of hatha yoga that encourages each student’s individual growth while fostering a sense of community and friendship. We keep our prices as affordable as possible while drawing on the best teachers available. We strive to offer a curriculum that is physical and diverse and instruction that is safe, non-​dogmatic, and personal. We believe in honoring the essence of the practice without crossing our students’ spiritual beliefs. In the face of yoga’s growing commercialism, we hope to preserve the purity of the discipline.

Meet the Business Owner

Linda M.

Business Owner

Beginning her practice in the late 1990’s Linda has trained in both the US and India in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Forrest and Yin Yoga, as well as Pilates, Ayurveda, and Vipassana Meditation. She has taught thousands of private and group classes and led many workshops and retreats. As the Director of the acclaimed YogaSource Teacher Training, she has certified a number of amazing yoga instructors from across the country. Her passionate knowledge of the human body has helped many students recover from injury and build a safe, therapeutic practice. Linda’s innovative Flow classes are an exquisitely challenging sequence of breath, precision, fun, and lots of sweat set against topics from both Eastern and Western philosophy. Her Bikram classes are known for being very strong, and continuously enlightening even for the most seasoned lovers of the style.

Outside the studio Linda is a wife, mother, CEO, artist, published writer, voracious foodie, and always, a student.
