Window Express.

We purchased about $ 150,000.00 of new mahogany doors and windows for our new house. The order was screwed up and they forgot to order the doors and then when they came they had mirrors on both sides! Should not have had mirrors at all. This brought our construction to a halt because we were waiting on the doors so to be able to paint and lay carpet ect.
At first they were helpful, but then the owner became nasty and refused to help get things done. He maintained it was the fault of the manufacturer and he could not do anything to expedite the order. (B/S)We have found defects in the product such as stress fractures in the windows which they refuse to correct, suggestiing that it is the fault of other contractors. The weather stripping is comming out of windows and the front door and they want us top pay them $ 125 for an inspection before they decide if it is a warranty item or not.
Unbelievably bad service. If I could, I would give negative stars for lousy service and horrible attitude to customers. Once they have yor money, the sale was over!
