This guy is a crook and we are trying to track him down. He has scammed my elderly parents and my family out of thousands of dollars. He has done bad Business in California and apparently in Atlanta GA as well. If anyone out there has any information on Steven Daniel Zavodnick (lawyer); Please email me.

Sadly didn’t research this guy before accepting a check from him and then having it CANCELLED as in stop payment which has caused me much financial distress. Currently pursuant of a stop pay collection, and good god if you’re reading this before doing business with this man in any way DO NOT. Guy is a total sociopath without any remorse. The kind of guy who would take candy from a child just to watch it cry. Real dirtbag, and my heart goes out to all those whose lives have been shattered by this sad excuse for a human being. I hope he occupies a jail cell again real soon, for a good long time.

I’m actually the unlikely one who led to him being apprehended. I really hope this man never hurts anyone else again…

Greetings! I am just writing to let all of you know that Steven’s BS caught up with him here in Forsyth, GA, where he is currently sitting in jail. He was scamming hotels and transportation companies and finally crossed the wrong individuals. We personally watched as they hauled him away in a police car.

Steer clear! Zavodnick took over $ 30 000 from my father. The case was in default, we would have won a settlement and he never showed up to court! Does not return calls. Unfortunately for him we have the money to ruin his life and will be doing so. I can’t believe he has gotten away with all this. Claims he has health problems so he’s in Atlanta. This man is a crook! Those affected by him need to come together and take everything he has!

Not only does Steven D. Zavodnick have numerous complaints filed against him and has had his license to practice law suspended by the CA State Bar Association, I can speak from personal experience that Zavodnick also passes off bad checks and defaults on his financial obligations. After being «hosed» by this charlatan (and finding out about one other incident where he bounced a personal check) and having him completely ignore emails and calls for payment, I can state with certainty «avoid this unethical guy like the plague».

Suspended, still practicing. Don’t give this person a penny. Avoid at all costs. Multiple law suits, Bar Complaints. Egregious misconduct. Client’s lost everything they owned due to Zavodnick’s disregard for ethics, morals, legal processes, timely communication, timely follow through. Always unreachable, constantly asking for thousands very last minute for «emergency fees». Always eager to collect, NEVER delivered! Currently MIA naturally. $ 80,000 wealthier due to taking advantage of client who is now homeless due to Zavodnick’s filing 7 bankruptcies one immediately after another on clients behalf without clients knowledge!!! Zavodnick never provided court with necessary documentation. Filing repeated bankruptcy bought him more time to make more excuses to ask client for yet more «emergency filing fees etc». Client was evicted suddenly after 4 years of paying Zavodnick for simple modification. Why? Because he constantly prepared zero paperwork and cashed numerous checks through own bank account immediately after collecting payment from client. Client forced to seek counsel of both eviction and attorney misconduct attorneys $$$$$$$$$$. God Bless this single mother and may Zavodnick be duly reprimanded and struck off by the Bar Association. But not before paying restitution in the $ 100’s of thousands!

Just sent in a claim to CA state bar against Zavodnick. I invested thousands of dollars with claims of work being completed and all I received were missed meetings and calls for more money for work to be done. DO NOT hire this lawyer.
