I have had the opportunity to speak with Ms Yeamans after losing all hope in finding a respectable and knowledgeable attorney. Not only is she well-​known, she really gives it to you straight and I, for one, respect her for the honesty. The phrase you get what you pay for hold true with her. if you want a Grade A attorney then she is worth every penny but for us Mothers (and Fathers) who get dragged into the corruption of the legal system can only hope that one day she can handle pro bono cases so that we can be so lucky to have her fighting for our rights… She is very kind hearted and really is a wonderful person. There is no other attorney like Robin. She is the best!!!

Dear «Office Manager»:
I see your «update». However you choose to discredit me, go ahead, as it shows the incompetence and immorality of Ms. Yeaman’s practice. Not only was there a conflict of interest that I pointed out in detail on my original post, but even opposing counsel admitted there was a conflict of interest. As a matter of fact, I’ve contacted another attorney who believes Ms. Yeamans should be reported to the Bar for her unethical behavior.
So no, Ms. «Office Manager», I am not «confused» as you say. Perhaps Ms. Yeamans should answer for her herself, since I’m sure you’re not aware of her personal divorce matters or whom she chose to represent her in her personal divorces.

Robin has been a trusted attorney for our family for many years. We know with her council in pre-​marital matters our family interests have been safe guarded. Robin has been extremely useful in staying current with pertinent changes to the law. This has both given us a sense of security.
She’s a shark, she gets the job done. I think that’s the most you can expect from a veteran Silicon Valley Attorney! She is worth every dollar to have someone on your side of the law you can trust.

I stand by my earlier review as far as competence, knowledge and skills are concerned. However, I must caution that financial viability must be a taken into account when you retain Ms Yeamans.
If you are sure you have adequate funds to pay her to represent you till the end, there is no better attorney for you. But if you anticipate you may run out of money in the middle of the case, or towards the end of it, then be warned that you may find yourself without proper representation, and that can become a problem.
I am grateful that she helped me win the case, but I am now towards the end, when I have to collect an attorney fee award and sanctions from my ex-​husband. Ms Yeamans has expressed her inability to represent me until I pay for most of the trial in advance, which his not possible for me.
So before you retain her, be sure the money matters don’t and won’t get in the way, and you will have yourself a very competent attorney.

The smartest crook you will find amongst the legal ranks. A shrewd obnoxious lawyer redefines ambulance chasers. People say she is a Maverick lawyer… stay a mile away from her at all times as she will chew you up and you will not even know it.
Outrageous biller until your bank account is hers and then she will not even recognize you if she met you on the road.
