Paula is awesome and easy to work with! My husband and I just purchased our first home and worked with Paula has been a pleasure.
Before met Paula, I went to Wells Fargo to get a quote for the loan, the lady was rude in the bank, and she insisted that I have to do the FHA with flexible rate mortgage options, which means the rate could increase up to 8% in the loan life time with mortgage insurance monthly payment around $ 500 as well! There are also upfront fees to pay if I want to get a more accurate quote. Once I told her my budget, she simply told me that I’m not gonna afford anything and basically thru me out of the door. I was so mad and couldn’t believe that the the bank hired this joker mortgage person, and she also made me really disappointed and discouraged about purchasing a home.
Everything has changed since I met Paula! Paula was the mortgage person who wants the loan work for me, not the opposite. She went over all the possible options, and calculate which options is the most affordable for me, and eventually, my husband and I were able to get the conventional loan without mortgage insurance. My husband and I are truly happy about this and we are able to afford to purchasing our first home! And this will not happen without Paula! Don’t even mention that Paula was easy to reach with, working after working hours so my husband and I are able to do the paperwork during weekend and after work, reply emails in a timely manner and more!

I recently financed a home through Paula, and she’s just the best! She was very engaged and proactive throughout the process and kept it moving as quickly as possible to ensure we had a timely closing. Paula helped me get my home loan on a recent purchase. What was very important to me was that she was aware of many options that were available to me and she provided me with an analysis of what every option would mean. She also kept me up-​to-​date with all the information as the loan was being processed. Also, she followed up religiously on all my requests and questions. I was so lucky to have found Paula to complete my loan. My financial situation was very complicated; divorce, tons of debt, much of my income through RSU bonuses… But Paula was able to work with the bank to figure out my situation and break it down for them in a clear and concise way.
