This place was recommended by a friend and by my Audi dealer. I called them and they gave me a big spiel about how qualified they are to work on Audi’s. So, I set up an appointment to get an estimate (already starting a complicated process). They assessed the damage (someone hit my rear quarter-​panel in a parking lot), and then set up a date /​time for me to drop off the car (more complication). In the end, they took a week longer to fix the car, exceeded their estimate by almost 50% (and didn’t inform me beforehand), and the work wasn’t consistent with they stated qualifications. Returning the car to me dirtier than it was when I dropped it off was also a nice touch. My advice, avoid this place like the plague and go to Prestige Auto Body in Campbell and talk to Roger. You won’t be disappointed.

This shop took excellent care of my car after my accident as they went above and beyond to make the finish product look great. (Specifically they refinished and resurfaced my hood even though they didn’t have to).
A few additional things to note: this place is very busy and most repairs are not in-​house.

Let’s face it, getting into an accident and having to have your car repaired sucks! The last thing you want is a hard time or bad experience once you begin the process. This is where the quality of the shop you deal with comes in. Joseph at the Los Gatos branch of Pan American not only takes the stress out of the process, he is very knowledgable, honest and goes the extra mile to ease any concerns you may have about the experience.
During the entire experience from dropping off your car, having it repaired and returned in immaculate shape, you will receive calls from Joseph keeping you informed as to what is going on and what to expect next. An when the car is back at the Los Gatos location, it has been repaired and mini-detailed…vacuumed, windows cleaned inside, dash cleaned, etc and the outside looks like they not only washed it but waxed it and put tire dressing on as well!
We know from experience that this seems to be the way Pan American works as we have been going here for 5 – 6 years and have had similar experience with Joseph’s predecessor, George, who I know understand is working in the Quality Assurance sept-​something that not every repair shop has…
So you have a great repair handled in a very professional manner and while the ugliness of having to have your car repair can’t be erased, Joseph and the folks at Pan American ensure it does not get any worse and lets you forget the ugly and move on to a clean, like new car.

My insurance carrier, Nationwide, suggested PanAmerican and what a nice experience. 2 weeks total from driving in my rear ended, heavily damaged Honda Accord, to driving out with it fully restored. Very complicated as even the trunk interior was bent. Very nice work and Joseph kept me up to date with a call every other day and of course the photos would pop up as a text as well. Enterprise even brought my rental car and picked it up at the office. I would recommend them highly and had a very good experience.

I took my car here because my insurance company recommended them when I was rear ended. I wanted to get the damage from the accident fixed on my car. I assumed they worked with insurance companies a lot and knew what to do to get my car fixed and would actually look at my car to see what the damage was and if it was more than just surface damage. I was totally wrong. They ONLY looked at the surface damage and wouldn’t look any further to see what the extent of the damage was. I had to force them to do an alignment, which my insurance company said they would pay for. Then once the alignment was done, I was told that they did not know if the issue was fixed and they couldn’t do anything else with my car or diagnose it any further. I definitely had sub-​par service. I was hoping to have a body shop that would want to fix my car and have my back on the repairs. Boy I was soooo wrong. They did the minimum amount of work possible. I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone who wants to get their car fully fixed. Worst experience ever.

While they may do great work we never got to find out. My husband took my car in for an estimate months ago. After taking a look they said they would get back to him promptly. He made several calls and each time was met with a new excuse. After the third attempt to get the estimate that he asked for he finally gave up. He was not asking for any deals or discounts just wanted to get the rather sizable dent in my suv fixed. If they didn’t want to do the work they simply should have suggested he go somewhere else in the first place.

Well, I guess I’ll be the 1st to add a negative review. I had a rear end collision so I checked out Pan America, all looked good. Well, her I am 6 weeks later and still my vehicle is not ready. They call infrequently to update me, maybe 3 times which averages one every two weeks, not cool. They are polite when they call but at some point this whole thing gets old. I’ve shared with them twice now I need my car as I’m going out of town but it does not seem to make any difference.
So here we are, 6 weeks later and still not done. In addition, the story changes. Last Thursday my car was in the paint shop and should only be 3 – 4 days to completion. Ok great, now I’ll have my car back for a family vacation this coming weekend. Not so fast, I just got off the phone with then and apparently the car was in the paint shop this Monday. Interesting, I’m guessing I’m not getting my car back and will have to rent an SUV for the trip
No sense of urgency the customer is impacted, status of the vehicle seems to change, they are simply either dragging their feet or honestly have no clue
Still no car. I’ll update when this all gets resolved BUT for now, be aware of this place

That was my first time repair my car in PAC, I drop my car to George in their Los Gatos office, he is a very responsible person, he explained everything to me very clearly. And during the reparation, PAC not only replaced visible damage part, but also repaired the invisible damage, and showed me the damage, that did make me feel safe to have PAC repair my car.
So I do like PAC, it’s a absolutely honest place, no hidden fee and I do want to thanks George, very responsible person and I do feel happy to RECO George to you, this is a trustable place!

I brought my car in after a fender bender. They are a AAA certified shop and had great reviews on Unilocal.Upon first meeting George, I knew I made the right decision. Within 10 minutes, I handed him the keys and Hertz arrived to pick me up for a rental. I received my car back in 1 week. This was longer than he expected because a part arrived late. I was amazed because a week is fast by my standards. I can’t see any difference between the paint of my new bumper against the rest of my car. It’s a sky blue with a little candy. Amazing job by all who worked on my car. Thanks to George for keeping me updated along the process. I would recommend Pan American to anyone.

I have brought my car here on 3 different occasions. Everytime the service, care, workmanship and follow up has been outstanding. I have been working with George Carsella who has gone above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of. These guys do excellent work. After a crash involving my new BMW 328i, I was concerned as to whether or not my badly damaged car could be fully repaired. Pan American restored it beautifully to brand new condition. A guy crashed into my car, and I decided to take it to Pan American again.
My insurance is now part of Farmers group, and George told me this time they would have to look for used parts, or not OEM parts. My repair took about 3 weeks because of that, the insurance requires the shop to look for cheap parts but nothing was working, they even did the work twice, because the hood was just not the right dimensions.
Long story short, they finally got real OEM parts and my car looks beautiful now, the delay and multiples problems are due to the insurance requirements to look for cheap parts, not at all a problem due to Pan American.
George has the best customer service I have ever experienced in this business, kept me posted the all time, even took the extra time to work on the car himself and offered me to pick it up on a sunday!

George, you are a good good man! So we got our estimate and sent it to the insurance company, but when all was said and done, my sister decided to just cash the payout. George said yeah that usually happens, and he was really cool about it. He said we could even come back in and he’ll remove some minor scratches for us for free! whattt??? yeah, great guy. So if I get in a major fender bender next time, I’m definitely coming back! Thanks again George!

Long story short, I was side-​swiped, and my insurance company had Pan American on their list of repair shops. I brought it in on a Wednesday evening, and got it back the next Friday. The work that they did is flawless. My car has a lot of sentimental meaning to it, so I was really hoping that the car would look as though nothing happened. I was not disappointed. I ended up having to replace the passenger side door, and Pan-​American hooked me up with a brand new one, in addition to lowering my deductible AND they detailed the interior of car.
I’ll definitely take my car back there if it needs more body work.

After I had dented my rear bumper, I did a little research on Unilocal and saw numerous recommendations for Pan American Collision Center. I was given an estimation appointment that same day and met with David. I found the office and waiting room very clean and comfortable, very different from other auto body shops I’ve been to. David not only gave me a detailed and reasonable estimate, but he gave me options in which I could save money and he walked me through their entire process of the repair in ways I could understand. He was thorough, professional, and extremely friendly. Up to that point I was pretty upset with myself for damaging my car, but after my appointment I was feeling much calmer about the situation.
I dropped off my car a couple days later and picked it up the next day. I was so happy to see my little car with a shiny new bumper, a spotless exterior, and a vacuumed interior. I honestly wish that all my car maintenance experiences could be like this one: professional, quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. Thank you Pan American Collision Center!
