My Spa

My husband and I had high hopes for this place when it first opened. We live in the neighborhood and loved the convenience of being able to make an appointment at the last minute.
Unfortunately the first few massages were mediocre at best. (One massage was so hard that it felt like I had a bruised rib when I left). We thought maybe we were just picking the wrong people.
This morning I woke up with a really bad pinched nerve in my neck and I decided to give it one last try. Once again, a very mediocre massage!
When I was checking out I left a 13% tip. The receptionist asked me if I was unhappy with my massage. I told her it was «ok» and she proceeded to lecture me about how they expect a 20% tip from their customers.
I’m happy to pay 20% tips when I receive decent service. I’ll definitely not be going back!

Couldn’t even make an appointment because the woman who answered the phone couldn’t speak English and then arguing w a man in the background. Seems shady!

Amazing massage. The best massage I have ever received.
The lady who gave me my massage, gave me deep pressure on my glutes/​back/​hamstrings that I apperciated. She also found a sore spot, and followed it down to behind my knee. There was A LOT of tension behind me knees (who knew?!). Once she really worked out the kinks behind my knees… my lower back pain and the soreness in my glutes magically disappeared!
If you have never had an asian style massage, try to keep an open mind. There is some trigger point work. It hurts like hell, but it feels amazing after.
The lady kept checking to make sure the temperature in the room was ok.
The bathroom is very clean, and the rooms themselves are also very clean.
This isn’t like a high end spa where they have mood music, amazing drapery or lemon water. But this place gets the job done. As I said, the best massage I ever received, and I have been to numerous high end spas in Los Gatos.
I got a private room and a 1 hr massage for $ 50. They also take credit cards.
The guy at the front desk is super friendly and he smiles a lot.

I love this place because of the value you get for the price. A «15 min foot massage» actually gives you a short body massage as well. For $ 15.00 that’s hard to beat. The place is clean and they don’t massage you with smokers hands (which in my book is a major plus!)

Let’s keep this simple, clean, great and best deal 50 dollars for 1 hour total body massage. Will go back here again

This place is clean and most of the masseuses are good. They make sure your not cold each room has a heater. The man at the from desk is awesome very nice and accommodating. Well priced one hour for $ 50

Great massages at very reasonable prices. I thought I was getting a 30 minute foot massage. But, ended up getting a head, foot and leg massage. Highly recommend this place. The only downside is that it is hard to communicate because of language limitations, but that won’t stop me from referring this place to my friends.

I just had a foot massage with Hunter at My Spa Los Gatos CA. Wow was it wonderful. He worked so hard. My feet felt so good, along with hands, shoulders, legs. I instantly made another appointment. Can hardly wait. My Spa was clean and fresh. Give it a try.

I like this place! They do a good job, for a fair price, considering it’s in Los Gatos. It is very nice, and fairly luxurious, nice rooms.
