I have bought and sold several homes over the years and the sale of our last home with Mark’s office was the worst experience I have had by far. We allowed his agent to handle both sides of the sale which was a big mistake. An agent is contractually required to advocate for his client. Our experience was we were provided with no support. The deal was all about keeping the buyers happy to make sure the deal didn’t fall through so they would get their commission. No avocation for our best interests at all. Based on my experience I would recommend using a different office if you want the service you need a deserve.

I hired Von Kaenel Real Estate to provide property management services for me and was very pleased with their service. Phil and Michaela always handled any issues efficiently and did a terrific job with communications with the tenant.
When it came time to sell my property, it was a no-​brainer for me to want to «keep it in the family» and transition to Von Kaenel’s Keller Williams real estate arm.
