Joe Cucchiara began his lending career as a Mortgage Planner in 2001, with a firm commitment to client service and a true passion for real estate. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, he has had the opportunity to build lasting relationships in the financial community.

In 2008, Joe recognized the need for client access to information in areas related to real estate and finance. He coupled his love for talk radio with his passion for consumer education and launched a real estate program on The Wall Street Business Network, KDOW 1220 AM, which airs weekdays from 3:00 — 4:00 pm PST.

In 2015 Joe Cucchiara joined the Bay Equity Home Loans, LLC team in Los Gatos so that he could serve his clients and business network as more than a trusted Mortgage Adviser. Joe is also as a loyal advocate, resource, educator and strategist. Joe’s focus is on delivering the highest level of service while aligning with the best programs, products and options for his clients.
