Really thankful to have this doctor. He knows how to communicate with parents. He cares about the kids. He notices small details, and puts in extra time.
The office is nice. It keeps the kids entertained. The waiting room has toys, movies, aquariums, magazines. Even a little table to color at.
The exam rooms are unique. They have a bench, and a scale in each room. The exam table (I’m sure that’s the wrong word… The thing with paper the kids lie on) is really tall and against a wall with a mirror. It’s great because you can stand right there while the baby lies on the table. And the kids like looking at themselves (which is good distraction if you try taking multiple kids at the same time).
Even if all the bells and whistles are nice– I would go to this doctor if his office was 50 miles away and in a blank wall boring office space. He’s just smart, easy to talk to, and my kids are healthier because of him.

I have 4 children under the age of 10: dr trager cares for them all and is absolutely amazing. There have been many situations where i needed immediate advice after hours and he was there to let me know exactly what to do. I strongly recommend him!

We have been bringing our toddler twin daughters to see Dr. Trager since birth and he is a phenomenal pediatrician. He is super-​responsive to any questions we have via email as well as with last-​minute prescription refills. He has a great way with children and is very knowledgeable and helpful. When there have been issues that require a specialists attention, he refers us to the very best in the area. The RAMBLC facility is very clean and cheerfully decorated, which we appreciate, too. The staff has also always been courteous and we’ve never had trouble seeing Dr. Trager the same day for urgent issues.

Fantastic physician! I am a bit surprised of the bad experiences that others have had with his staff. We have been coming here with both our children for over 7 years and have received great service. A key feature of this practice is that they see children on weekends. This has saved us several ED visits.

Love Dr. Trager… we’ve been going to him for 8 years now. His diagnosis is always accurate. He is calm — doesn’t overwhelm you.
The clinic always sees you on time. They respect your time. He is so quick and prompt to respond to emails. Simply the best. We love him.

My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Trager. He is super responsive to email, his staff is friendly and the other doctors in his office are caring and friendly as well in case an emergency appointment is necessary. We have been going there for 3 years, first with our son Colin and now with our new twins.

We have been with Dr Trager for 5 years now and my husband and I were just talking about this (aside from having children!) being one of the best decisions we ever made for our family. In 5 years, he has never been wrong about our children and we know to trust him with all our heart. He’s just a gem and we are so happy to have him!

My husband and I both think very highly of Dr. Trager. He’s gentle with our son and always answers all of our questions. He also answers e-​mails within 24 hours, which I really appreciate. Furthermore, I have always been able to get my son a same-​day appointment when necessary. My husband, who is concerned about the supposed link between vaccinations and autism, asked whether my son’s vaccinations could be administered separately, rather than as a group, and Dr. Trager didn’t give him any trouble about it. He simply said that that would be fine, if that’s what we wanted. A nice guy and an excellent doctor.

Dr. Trager has been my sons pediatrician since he was born and he is simply phenomenal. He is knowledgeable, patient and a very nurturing doctor.
Dr. Trager always takes his time during his examination and very thorough during check ups and explains in detail when giving a diagnose.
His practice is nice, clean and his staff is very friendly.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Trager. He is patient, really listens, cares about his patients and doesn’t make you feel crazy as a new parent with all kinds of concerns/​questions! He runs on time every time I’ve been there. His staff is really nice. He is very knowledgeable and soothing and I can’t say how thrilled I am to have him as the doctor for my baby boy.

I agree with the positive reviews below. We met with Dr. Trager when we were pregnant with our first child and he was friendly and answered all our questions with patience. His office staff is friendly and helpful and I have never had an issue scheduling an appointment for a well baby exam because I always schedule the next one as I am leaving. On the occasions when my son was sick, Dr. Trager has responded to my emails within a few hours, saving me trips to see him if it wasn’t warranted. On the few times that we have needed to get in for a sick visit, we’ve had no issues being accommodated that same day.

Dr. Trager is amazing! When I was pregnant we made an appointment to meet him. He met with us and another couple. During the first week after my son was born I struggled with breastfeeding. Our son had lost weight and he asked me how it was going with breastfeeding. I said horrible, he picked up his iphone and called the lactation consultant right then and there and had my husband make me an appointment for the next day. He is nice and caring. My son is almost 2 years old and I have always had good experiences. I never have a hard time getting appointments, I schedule the well baby appointments in advance and then when he gets sick I call and almost always have been seen the same day. I also love that he uses email. The first few months after my son was born we had so many questions, as we were first time parents, he always got back to us in a few hours… and not with the ’ you will have to come in’ answer. I’ve had good experiences with the office staff too, but to be honest I don’t go to the doctor for the office staff, I go for the doctor and he is great!

My son has been seeing Dr. Trager since he was born. Dr. Trager is a knowledgeable and nurturing doctor. Unfortunately, it is very hard to get an appointment with him. When scheduling, I was often told that I could get in a lot sooner to see his partner, Dr. Cirone. I was fine with that, wanting my son to have all of his checkups on time.
I called a few weeks ago right around his first birthday and was told the next available appointment was for August 23 at 10 (with Dr. Cirone). Well, I show up at 10, greeted by the receptionist (that deals with all of the doctors at Ramblc) and she says that she doesn’t see my son’s name but they’ve been having computer problems. She calls back to the receptionist of Dr. Trager/​Dr. Cirone and says that they will be right with me.
The nurse (whom is usually pleasant) comes up front to tell me that I don’t have an appointment. I tell her that I do and I have it on my calendar (which I put into my phone the second I was told the day and time). She then looks over to the woman who apparently makes the appointments and tells her to «deal» with me. Offended, I walk over and explain the situation. She say that I can come in the next day with ANOTHER doctor. Being a Mother with a tight schedule, I am appalled that they would not apologize for THEIR mistake. They looked at me like I was making this appointment up. Why would I do that?
I have been a receptionist myself, and know how to make appointments, and more than anything know how a patient should be treated. Although Dr. Trager is a wonderful doctor I am sad to say that we will not be returning to his practice. Upset with the situation I called my husband. He was displeased also, as he was with me when I made the appointment. He did some research and found another pediatrician in a smaller practice who could take my son the following day.

I took my son with Dr. Trager since birth to 10 months. My son had a whezzing cough and Dr. Trager said it was just a common cold. i was not happy with that answer so I decided to get a second opinion. My son was dioagnosed with Bronchiolitis and was in the hospital for 24 hours in observation. I cancelled the other appointments I had with Dr. Trager and found him a new Dr.

Dr Trager is fantastic. He’s always available for his patients (even responds to emails within an hour or two!)and is both supportive and warm. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes during office visits. He respects and values his patients time and concerns. Highly recommended!

Dr. Trager is the best most gentle and understanding pediatrician I have ever met. My kids LOVE him and he is always available to talk about your child’s condition even on his busiest day ever.
