Over the years I have mailed packages, bought stamps, brought back my pre-​paid boxes to be returned to stores, and made copies. Once, I sent a file and they printed larger poster sizes for me. They are always so friendly and it is a small shop, and I like that. When I come in with the kids, they are so nice (is it Paul, the owner?), and I know that now they ship wine and also do a lot of printing for community events like before they did Jazz on the Plaz, Los Gatos, I believe. It’s a great little place to get young kids’ passport photos taken also. I like that it is easy to park, and we used to live within walking distance. If you have kids, I recommend doing your business here, getting groceries at Safeway, or eat a Mooya burgers and get an ice cream cone from Sweet Retreat or a treat at the newer bakery. Howe’s playlot is really close so can head to that little pocket park. It’ll be nice when Starbucks also moves into the empty spot. Overall, this is where I always go to mail anything. I barely go to the post office anymore to wait in lines. Thank you!

Wow… I have been coming here for years but just had the rudest service. I was shipping a large box and the clerk was telling me it might be cheaper to stuff the contents in a smaller box. She was mid sentence telling me the price for a smaller box when the owner interrupted us and told her to help the next person in line. What? I patiently waited my turn for no service at all. I will be taking this and future boxes to the UPS store.

I’ve been here twice to send faxes. I’m rather ambivalent about the service. It is fast, but only sometimes friendly. The girl at the front is very nice, and she goes above and beyond for me. But sometimes I detect impatience from the other workers, perhaps even condescension.
AIM is certainly the better of other similar service providers like Kinko’s. Its prices are good, but if I have to go here, I’m not jumping out of my seat to do it.

Great one-​stop shop. I was pleasantly surprised that I could do everything I needed here for my new passport application. Paul helped me take passport photos, notarize my signature and «thumbprint affidavit». Then I made copies and sent it all off via FedEx. And Dave protected all of us from two guys fighting outside. (But Paul apologized and assured me that that doesn’t usually happen.)

So I needed to get some invitations printed from a design we had created. I was searching for a place near home that could take on the job. I looked at the Fedex print some nearby, but it had horrible reviews so I’m glad I passed on it. I ended up finding AIM on Unilocal and decided to stop by.
Paul ended up helping me out and said the job wouldn’t be a problem. He was a bit busy that day, but said they would be done sometime that day. After a few hours I got an email saying that everything was done. The print job came out great and the price wasn’t bad either. I had a small conversation with Paul and he’s a really nice guy as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop by here again for some help in the future.

Came in to do a super duper shipping job that included wine and personal letters and customized boxes. The entire team paid excellent attention to detail and, best part, they were super friendly and over-​the-​top accommodating. I will definitely be using this place for wine shipping and all shipping in the future. Love that they are so close and convenient, too!

This location is my go-​to place for printing needs. They handle all the large format printing that I need for my business and have never missed the mark on service. From 24×36 drawings that I can email to them so they are ready and waiting for me when I stop by to pick them up, to business cards, to promotional printing of brochures, their service is exceptional and the quality is always top notch.
Paul, the owner, is customer service oriented and will bend over backwards to make sure that the customer’s needs are met 110%. His staff is also really friendly and helpful.
Although I use them most of the time for printing, I have also dropped in for passport photos, simple copies, sending packages, notary services and more. Basically, Paul has turned this store into much more than a mail center — it is a business support center. I use their services almost daily. Can’t recommend them more highly.

They are personable and are very VERY helpful in every aspect of the transaction.
They gave me options on my order so i can make an informed decision on my purchase.

I ordered 150 Six DVD sets from an event recorded over the summer from Aim. They did an amazing job with the duplication, especially with the art work I provide them for the cover. It was time sensitive so they even delivered the DVDs to my door!!! Now, that’s service!!! Thanks Dave!

I needed to send a fax and came here due to it being en route to where I was planning to go. Anyway, the guy helping me was extra nice and quick. I think this place is reasonable in regards to the cost of sending a fax, $ 1.00 per page which is way cheaper than other places. Overall, was in and out of this place in about 5 minutes. I would highly recommend.

Paul and Dave were extremely friendly and helpful, they got me out of a jam. They were able to get me some temporary business cards in less than an hour, as I had forgotten to bring them with me for a major networking event. They matched my original cards, and they actually looked better than the originals!
I also had some last minute printing to do; it was easy, seamless, and reasonably priced. They are now my Silicon Valley printer/​copier center when I’m down here on business. thanks guys!

Great customer service! Paul and the rest of the staff have always been, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. And they have great prices which at first really surprised me. I assumed I would get a better deal at one of those big print centers, but it actually ended up being cheaper.
I’ve used their services a few times — from notarizing documents to print service and I’m going there today to order a customized banner.
I love that I have been able to build a relationship with them. You would not get this at one of those giant print places.
I highly recommend using them!
