We are a raw and cooked vegan home delivery service based in Los Angeles California. Currently we only offer home delivery within the Los Angeles area. We also offer one on one coaching and when we say coaching we mean your cheerleader assisting you on getting on the right path so that you can achieve your goal. For those that would like to take charge in the kitchen we also offer cooked and raw vegan cooking classes to fit any customer’s needs. We are able to come to you and work with your schedule with hopes of getting you personal and quality service that best fits your needs.

Raw Cookin was created out of favoritism and the daily strive we all have and want to gain, which is good health.

Through out the years I have learned to create a bond between myself and my body, meaning we listen to each other. I have gone through illness as well as weight gain simple struggles we all go through one time or another but I have been blessed to have realized that food is my medicine. Finally allowing mother nature, naked and all to care and heal my body and soul. I believe that if you are easy on the inside it shows on the outside and the body that is given to us is a gift that should be cared for and loved, simply show your appreciation.

I am originally from Omaha Nebraska a place where beef and pork is a nightly foundation of a meal. Coming from a family with high blood pressure and cancer as well as diabetes, I decided to make some changes in my life at age 20. We all have the choice as well as the responsibility to ourselves to take better care of our bodies.
