Verizon Wireless

Stopped here on my way through town. there was 2 people working and one customer trying to activate a new phone. Not one employee said hello or be with you in a moment or anything. Both of them were sitting there doing absolutely nothing but staring into space. Finally another customer walked in and they realized they might want to help someone. One lady helped me with my phone and was very nice however the other lady (small, young, dark hair, with glasses) still sat there doing nothing at all. Finally a guy asked for help already knowing everything he wanted and she rolled her eyes, got up got the phone then tried turning him away from purchasing today or so it seemed… no idea what happened after I left, but this stores management team (and I really hope that wasnt the manager on duty) needs to have higher expectations out of there employees. Iv been to numerous verizons in surrounding counties and will never stop at this one again just because of there lack in customer service.

Hello. I bought a phone here and the people were sooo nice to me. They even stayed to help me after the store had closed until I was satisfied with my phone. The people are very friendly.
I would have to say the only bad thing was the radio that was on in the store was a bit loud, but besides that. I will definately be coming back!
