Highly Disappointed. I have been a customer there for sometime & used the same payment method every time. However today I went to fill my container of water but was denied because I had could not charge less than $ 5.00 onto my card. When I informed the cashier that I’ve been paying the same way for several (Reminded her she’s processed my payments in the past) her response,“Wasn’t suppose to.” I asked her,“So you rather not make a sale at all & have me take my business elsewhere?” She responded,“Yep.” This is ridiculous…

Once again great service from A-​1 Water Quality/​Rayne.
Roger serviced my Water Softner which they installed for me back in 2004(changed the carbon) Fixed a few other little things too. Great service, great price.

Great place to get your water. The girl knows my husband and I by name. Impressive! Buy the water cards — it will save you a lot of money. I hear the whole store goes half off on black friday. Jugs, water cards, stands, etc. A great deal!

I’ve been buying my bottled drinking water here for year’s now. There’s 6 – 8 station’s inside & are kept VERY clean. I try not to use the outside machine’s because theve not worked enough time’s that i’d rather not take the chance. Also, there’s one of the guy’s that run the counter that need’s to learn to smile once in a while. I mean really, it won’t hurt ya, I promise.
