I lost my car keys while camping, stuck in the middle of nowhere on a Saturday. I called so many places but it was Henry who called back and offered to make the trek out and help me. He was the most humble businessperson I’ve ever encountered — he made a point of double checking that I had looked everywhere for my keys and tried coming up with ideas for where I should look — before coming out for the billable service. He was skilled and fast. I was most impressed that he happily, without any complaint, drove back the way he came for a half hour, in order to find cell service and make the secure call to get the code to create a key for my vehicle. I wish all my business experiences were this professional.
