I first came and was not greeted I stood in front of the counter for like a minute I had to ask for help and one of the ladies shouted another lady’s name to come help me. When it was time to pay the lady that charged me her neck was full of hickies. I can not understand how an employer can let someone like that work. And to top it off when I finished paying my doughnuts where not handed to me I had to literally had to grab them from the doughnut counter.

The manager, the 3 ladies who work here, and a few patrons they knew were all making fun of the homeless lady standing outside. They were talking extremely loud in Spanish about someone who was outside causing no trouble, but ignored the people inside who actually required their attention.

Good and quick service… friendly employees. Food has a good taste, a bit too hot no big deal. Perfect room temp for me since it’s cold outside. They are constantly mopping and cleaning the tables. Thumbs up! Would come back

The employee an older gentleman was extremely rude and rushing thru to get my husband and I out of the store cause we spoke English and Italian. He was polite and respectful to 3 other guests who spoke Spanish to him. I have never felt so discriminated against before i came to Yum Yum donuts for not speaking Spanish. it maybe 2am but you don’t have to be rude cause we dont speak your language. Your in the US, please attempt to speak English more so since your running a business!

I went to get a dozen here. All my donuts were hard as rocks and not fresh. I spent 10 dollars on a dozen to basically eat hard donuts. I gave one star because I couldn’t even get a hold of customer service at corporate to call and notify them.

Very bad terrible lady selling at this location shame on her I wanted to buy some mini donuts and there were only 4 and she said they only sale by six and I told her ok give me the six and she was like I only have four I insist we’ll sell me the four and she replied the company only allows me to sell six OMG so you’re going to throw aways those four donuts I asked? She said yes!!! What a bitch

Donuts are one of my many weaknesses. I’ve been here at all hours of the day, and for the most part, their donuts are good. I love chocolate, and my favorites here are the Chocolate Iced Twist, the Chocolate Iced Old Fashioned and the Chocolate Iced Chocolate Cake with Peanuts(however, the quality of this donut is never consistent and sometimes tastes stale — best I’ve had is from Champion Donuts located in Lincoln Heights). They’re often understaffed, so don’t be surprised if you’re waiting in a long line. And my apologies ahead of time if it’s my turn and I’m taking my sweet time choosing an assorted dozen, because there are just too many enticing options to choose from!

Worst customer service ever ! The employees are beyond rude. There is always something wrong everytime my co worker and I go. The soda machine is often broken when we go. They dont have the particular donut I want when I see it right there in my face. Not to mention their credit card machine has been acting up and been declining our cards when we know we have money in our accounts. The rude workers rather than investigate the problem chose to blame us saying we dont have money. Needless to say we will never return. Up next a call to corporate

It tastes like they fry their donuts on recycled oil to save money. Disgusting. Also they tried to cheat me by sneaking in donuts I didn’t want into the mix. For $ 8.49 a box, it’s not worth the price.

I’ve been to a few Yum Yum donuts In search of these Mini doughnuts, but they seem to only be available at this location. Mini doughnuts and doughnut holes have become my favorite. Customer service is always friendly and the selection is always different and fun to choose from. Try a li’l doughnut :) it’ll brighten your day.

I’m not a huge donut fan — the only good this about this place is it’s the only donut shop near my work. If you’re not picky and that’s all you want this place has it. They also offer muffins & bagels with cream cheese.

Being the only donut joint near my workplace(LAC-USC hospitals) I have to give it a couple stars above the only existing 1 star review. Donuts clearly aren’t the best and not even Dunkin Donuts quality, but when you need to placate a whole department of sugar-hungry nurses, Yum Yum does the trick. On a slight more positive note, I did like the fact they make their breakfast sandwiches(on your choice of bagel or english muffin) any hour of the day, and boy do I love my sausage, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich, especially when using a garlic and onion bagel(pass the gum please). They offer the ‘yum yum dozen’ which is actually 13 donuts’ for $ 7.50. Not a bad deal at all.

Okay I want to be fair and say«please stick to selling only donuts!» My nephew went on a donut and coffee run… I ordered a café late… SUCKED! …my brother ordered one to he tried fixing it with some extra creamer but it still tasted like crap. I think we got the bottom of the coffee pot… all the concentrated left over coffee. The donuts were good, but because of this bad experience I doubt I will ever go back to this particular establishment. Sorry all Yum Yum lovers.
