Established in 2006.

Navid Yadegar first opened Yadegar Law Group in 2006. Since that time, the business has continued to grow and added two partners, Pedram Minoofar and Navid Soleymani, and changed its name to Yadegar, Minoofar & Soleymani LLP.

Since 1999, Navid Yadegar has been representing corporate and individual clients in all aspects of employment related matters, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, employment discrimination, executive employment contract disputes/​negotiation, and trade secret and unfair competition. In addition, Navid represents clients in all forms of business and commercial matters, including partnership/​shareholder disputes, contract disputes, and disputes involving business practices.

Navid left the large firm practice to create a litigation boutique where he could combine his litigation experience with his understanding of changing business environments as they intersect with law, public policy and technology to bring his clients the highest level of legal service, in an efficient and effective manner.

Navid offers his services both on an hourly and contingency basis.

All these 4 and 5 star reviews must have been written about all but one of the partners Navid Yadegar. I usually don’t use this kind of language, but, what a scum for a human being. My husband and I hired him for an issue we needed resolved but received absolutely no service, It began with no return phone calls, when we did talk, he was short and rude, but most importantly, he showed no knowledge on the subject that he claimed he was an expert on. definitely a lia not a lawyer… RUN RUN the other direction.

I came to this law firm to interview for a junior associate position. While I did not get the job, the firm left me with a very positive impression which compelled this review.
The entire process starting from the invite to interview, meeting the attorneys, to notifying the candidates of their final decision, was very professional. The two partners I met Mr. Yadegar and Mr. Soleymani were warm, respectful, and courteous. From the conversations and the way they treated me, I could tell that this is a qualify firm with respectful attorneys that cares about their work products and clients. If I were in need of an attorney for employment or business matters, I’d feel very comfortable hiring this firm.

Where do I begin? Navid, Minoofar, and Soleymani are a great law firm. I first started to work with Navid Yadegar after I was seeking help for an issue that I had with my previous employer. Navid went out of his way to hear my case and start the process immediately. Throughout the whole process he kept very good communication with me and explained every little detail. Most of our communication was done through email but it was very effective for the both of us. I’m so thankful for their help, I put my trust in them and they made me feel secure in that my case was being handled without putting more stress on me. Navid is also very knowledgeable and gives you good advice based on your case, he gets to know his clients personally which makes a big difference. Navid Yadegar has helped me out with a few cases and he is THE lawyer I think of anytime I need expert advice. First off, there is nothing better than an attorney who knows what he is talking about and who pays attention to detail. But, it gets better. Navid has strategy, an amazing work background and a great personality. I cannot sing enough praises about him. I like the way he thinks, the way he talks and I feel quite comfortable when explaining my situation. He is easy to talk to, allows me to fully explain my situation and he processes everything quickly. He is a true consultant to me. The worst I have ever spoken to on the phone. Probably only take high paying cases. Don’t bother calling them if is about work related. THEY WON’T HELP! and don’t give explanation. Just hung up.
