Before working with Xixi I had a big vision but no action plan. I’d spent the better part of three years getting laser clear on my calling and what type of work had purpose and meaning for me. Yet after all that soul-​searching, I had no idea where or how to get started! I knew it would take time to create my dream job but how would I do that and support myself at the same time? Xixi encouraged me to align myself with an employer who had similar values and could bridge the gap while I built my coaching practice… and then she introduced me to him! Now I’m able to pursue my dream while working with someone who supports my career trajectory and life goals. Xixi also helped me to design a strategy that will weave my aspirations into what I’m already doing in the workplace, adding more value to my position. Xixi is an amazing business coach who has helped me transform the beginning stages of my bellydance business into something concrete and truly my own.
