I love their Classic Original Hot and Garlic Parmesan!!! it’s so delicious!!! just ask them how you want them to cook it and they’ll do it just the way you want it!!! I always come here since its the closest to my house, I’ve always had very good customer service here, because I’m very patient and know how to communicate what I want without getting frustrated or acting rude, I know what it’s like to work in the fast food industry, I’ve seen some rude customers create some really dramatic scenes here lol give those people a raise! PLEASE BRING BACK THE KOREAN FLAVOR!!! ILL DIE WITHOUT IT!!!

My boyfriend and I love your fries! I always get garlic parmesan or lemon pepper boneless yum! And he gets original hot… you guys are always friendly on the phone and in person, but please please just get some straws, your always out when I come in haha! Other than that keep up the good work!

This place is spot on for a wing place. We got 20 bone in wings with three flavor as: mild, garlic parm, and lemon pepper. They were all awesome with the lemon pepper being my favorite of the three. You do have to pay extra for he delicious ranch and the celery and carrots and the wait was a little long but that was probably since everything was benign made to order. If you’re in the mood for wings… This place is awesome!

I love this Wingstop location, because it has FREE parking. My usual order is lemon pepper, garlic parm, or cajun wings or boneless wings. You can also get unlimited sodas!

Worst wingstop ever ! They didn give me my ranch that I paid for. I got a 10 piece combo and I they only gave 8 pieces and I also order a 15 piece and they gave me 14 pieces and they are stingy with the fries
BTW the chicken was dry and didn’t taste good

Love this wingstop especially the soda machine so many choices to pick from. Always clean and everyone here is friendly. This is a nice family place if you want to bring family or friend. I would recommend people coming to this wingstop.

Be sure to call ahead at least an hour in advance. This is how long it takes them to get a single 10pc combo out. It’s particularly frustrating when the guy taking your order says it’ll be done in 15 mins and then you show up and end up waiting another hour at the location. It’s a shame that this is the only place to get hotwings/​chicken wings. If there were a wild wings café or Buffalo Wild Wings nearby they would clean up

This Wingstop is very clean, and they always have my order done in a timely manner. HOWEVER, they are very conservative with their seasoning. I’ve been to 4 different wing stops in LA, 3 different Wingstops in Ohio and Florida, and this is the ONLY location where I must request extra seasoning.
People aren’t coming to Wingstop with the intention of keeping their blood pressure at bay. I’m not sure if this is an attempt to save a few extra bucks on supplies or not, but stop with the bland wings. This is the closest location to me, but I rarely visit since they want to be the health conscience location amongst this franchise. Just cut it out and add the salt.

My man friend and I split the 15 wing wing combo and got 2 flavors — original hot and Louisiana rub — BOTH very delicious!
Cujo I was with is actually from Louisiana so he was able to effectively rate the rubbed wings from previous life experiences… He was pleased.
This location gets 3 stars because we couldn’t find a spot to sit with all the dirty tables. And before we left the soda machine ran out of fanta which somehow caused orange syrup to squirt everywhere, ending up on my white outfit :(now I can’t get my deposit back from the wedding clothes rental place :(
WINGSTOP: good wings, bad luck.

Man, wing stop has never let me down. Wings hit the spot all the time. my favorite wings are the Hickory Smoke BBQ… and now the Spicy Korean Q wings. Potato salad is good too… I’ve never been a fan of their french fries.

OMG. These are the best wings ever. They are super spicy and simply delicious, not under or over cooked. Simply perfect. I love Wingstop. I’m so glad there are more locations!!!

I absolutely love this wingstop I go to this one all the time! They have decent service & the wings are delicious (they can be disgusting at some wingstops).

Today was my cheat day, and I had heard about the lemon pepper wings from everybody and their mama and needed to give it a try. I tried the lemon pepper, original hot, and smoked barbecue. The lemon pepper was delicious and had just the right amount of salt. The barbecue was decent but nothing special. I loved the hot wings and wished I had ordered more. Don’t forget to get bleu cheese.
This location is in a large plaza, so there was plenty of parking. I was not expecting a line out the door on a Sunday afternoon, so be prepared. While the line moved quickly, the orders did not, which is a good thing considering everyone wants fresh wings. The employees were efficient and friendly. The crowd was also having a good time watching a game together. There aren’t enough seats to house everyone, so it’s best to get your order to-​go.
I will definitely be coming back. Next time, hotter sauces!

They’re wings.

These wings aren’t all that people hype them to be. Perhaps LA people haven’t had true, really amazing wings — I don’t know. Coming from Buffalo, where some hole-​in-​the-​wall pubs knock out some of the best wings on the planet, perhaps I was expecting better.
The wings are by all means not bad, but at the same time I have been here multiple times and have had overdone wings, dry wings, WAY TOO greasy wings, and even way over-​spiced wings. I guess when you do wings at this quantity and speed, they won’t be perfect.
My favorite is definitely the Louisiana rub and the lemon pepper. I suggest them.
As for customer service, well that is hit or miss as well. I have been here at times and had the clerk walk away from the register mid-​order and then come back and have me repeat my order. I have had clerks be super short and borderline rude. I had had incomplete orders as well as wrong items… generally taken care of courteously.
I would strongly suggest Wingstop to work on customer service as well as CONSISTENCY in their food.

Love wing stop. Pretty much have visited most locations in LA this one has been one of the better ones. Service was great. They make the food fresh to order.
Boneless is definitely the way to go here.
My absolute two favorite flavors are lemon pepper & the Louisiana rub (a spicy dry rub). Garlic Parmesan taste good but the Parmesan coating just starts getting too much for me after one or two wings. Barbecue and Cajun are decent. Hawaiian is too sweet.
Their combo is a great deal — a sauce (ranch, blue cheese, and honey mustard), an x amount of wings that can be boneless or bone in and you can mix the flavors, and fries. Their ranch is top notch and match all wing flavors. The fries have a hint of sweetness to them.

Always busy, busy, busy! But always delicious. I think I’m considered a regular by now (how sad) and driving from Koreatown, I prefer this location vs. the western one.

On Friday 7 November 2014 Alta Loma Elementary’s school PTA held a fundraiser. 15% of purchase supported the school.
I had arrived around 3:30PM and already the restaurant was packet with many customers. Lots of them were children from the school and their parents. The turn out was fantastic! The staff at wing stop performed phenomenally. I alone spent almost $ 60 in a couple of combos and a family meal. This was a great turnout and hope to see another fundraiser held here again.
