Great little location and the InnKeepers are fabulous. The people in the hotel are very respectable too.
The ONLY drawback is the nightclub Aventine that likes using the alley as part of their club. Unfortunately the Police do nothing to help keep their noise down so it makes sleeping on the weekends very difficult.
Once that is finally put under control this place will be a dream! The beds are great (no bedbugs), affordable and great amenities you wouldn’t expect from this location.
