History

Established in 2011.

WeLink Property Management grew out of a need for a high quality property management company who specializes in managing single family homes, condominiums, and 2 – 10 unit apartment buildings. WeLink provides 24 hour access to a property manager for emergencies. Often other management companies do not provide the level of customer service you would like. WeLink strives to go above and beyond to resolve problems quickly and efficiently allowing the client to get back to enjoying their home. WeLink also utilizes the latest technology allowing us to communicate with property owners both across town and overseas. Many of our clients live in China, Japan, Germany, UK, and The Middle East.

I want to add my solid TEN star review for Jessica Thiele and WeLink Property Management. Like another review said, Jessica really IS a rock star in the property management world.
I own a one bedroom bungalow in Santa Monica and strive to take very good care of my renters so usually I handle any issues that arise. But I recently needed to travel out of the US (and outside the cell phone range) so based on impressive word of mouth about Jessica, I contracted with her to handle any calls or problems at the bungalow. So as of today, I am back in town and have to say this has been a A+ experience.
She handled a brand new nightmarish dog barking situation which began at the next door apartment on the very same day I left town. Jessica completely diffused and resolved the situation and calmed my new renter who was just about ready to move out. She stayed in touch with the renter — and with me via email across the world.
Jessica is warm, friendly and so professional — both in person and in her written communication. She is extremely likeable and has a very kind manner and is unfazed by problem situations because she knows what to do. She shines as a property manager because of this. Do not hesitate to call her to handle any property management needs.

I have been a tenant at the same location for almost 3 years. The owner resides outside the country. Prior to WeLink Property Management taking over, NOTHING got done. I had a leak and other major issues that would never get resolved. Jessica took over about 5 months ago and I couldn’t be happier. She responds to my requests in a timely manner, updates me on the status of everything and even deals with my crazy neighbor. Truly a pleasure to work with!

STAY AWAY from WeLink Property management ! This is a new company that has unprofessional, untrained, incompetent employees. They have had very high turn over (3 different property managers in less than a year) and have NO CLUE how to manage a property. DO NOT let WeLink anywhere near your property, unless you want a big headache and a lot of problems. They do not have a big staff, they have one employee with no previous training who is learning as she goes. There are many great management companies out there. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of WeLink.

My husband and I are leasing a home for the first time after 25 years of ownership. We happened to lease under the management of WeLink and Jessica. We have had a few bumps with this house, but as soon as I call Jessica, she is right on it. She is one of the most responsive, responsible and courteous young professionals I have encountered in a long time.
