My Whirlpool washer started to make a loud metallic noise while on the spin cycle towards the end of the wash. I contacted Washer Repair and told them I had a short video illustrating the noise. The repair technician Stan had me send him the video. He could tell right away what the problem was and told me that it was the bearings in the drum. Because it was an expensive repair and would more then likely exceed the cost of a new washer, he recommended that I not waste the $ 95 service charge and to purchase a new washer if I did not have an extended warranty etc. I found Stan to be honest and an excellent representative of Washer Repair and because of this I would not hesitate to use them if needed in the future.

I moved to Los Angeles two months ago for work. The place I am renting didn’t have a washer or dryer so I had to bring my washer and dryer from Temecula. My washer worked perfectly before I moved but when I connected it in my new apartment it no longer worked properly. The washer would start and worked until the water needed to be drained and then the water would not drain it would basically stop and my clothes would be soaked. I was shipping something at the UPS store and I saw Washer Repair, basically stumbled upon it and since my warranty had run out I figured I had to get repaired. I was worried that getting washer repair would be expensive, but it was pretty cheap way cheaper than I had anticipated and they fixed it fast. Great place definitely recommend it. Fixed fast and works perfectly now.

I brought my washer here for repair and received some of the best customer service I’ve gotten in a long time. The technician answered all my questions and was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and about how much it would cost before I left so I wasn’t worried about the price being hiked up. They called me as soon as it was ready so I didn’t have to try and get a hold of them either. I would recommend them to anyone seeking prompt service with their washer repair.
