This store does have helpful employees working the isles. The register workers, however, would prefer to help people they’ve encountered before instead of helping the next person in line. The store also has people loitering around the front door. Save yourself the trouble and go to another Walgreens.

The pharmacy is the worst I been too. I have been trying to get my prescription filled since 12÷2÷15, here it is 12÷10÷15 and still nothing. They drive through is even more worst. Your sitting there 20 mins or more, thats before they ask you are you picking up or dropping off… I’m going else where.

Not impressed. A middle aged dude followed me as I shopped when I said something he told me to pay for my things and leave. been going there for over a year and plan on not going back.

this review is for the pharmacy. i was going to complain about how slow the staff in the pharmacy works but i think they are doing the best they can. the rational solution isn’t to make the pharmacists work faster. it’s necessary for them to take a little time to be careful and precise. they need to hire more workers! i appreciate when they sped up the process of giving me my medication when my driver came in to yell at me and threaten to leave me if i didn’t hurry up. i’m thankful the staff was considerate and compassionate that i’m really sick and needed my antibiotics right away. what i am upset about is that they wouldn’t give me my cough medicine even though i have my stripper license from arizona and a school id which i acquired at a dmv in arizona and a california school id. i understand why they expect me to have a california form of identification from a cali dmv but they also need to understand i got my license taken away the last time i got pulled over and im really sick. i needed my cough medicine. i have the worst cough ever. it keeps me up at night and i’m so sick i don’t have a voice. they should have been more lenient and accepted the forms of identification i had. i’m not mad at all at the staff. they are all just doing their job and doing it well. they are all very compassionate and considerate. what i am really upset about is whoever is incharge who is on a frugal budget and not hiring enough staff members and the dumb rule they had about not accepting the forms of identification i had even though i clearly needed cough medicine.

This is probably one of the worst walgreens i have ever been to. I called, the person answering was rude. All O was trying to figure out was gow long it would take to convert a picture into a mouse pad. No one in the store could give me an answer, after being transferred 4 times, I told them I would walk in instead. The lady in the front of the store looked at me like I had taken something, she didn’t even say hello from which was weird since every other walgreens has a common greeting. Anyhow, I decided to go to the photo dept, the person in charge of that dept was not available, so they could not give a definite answer. I decided to cut my losses and leave, will never be back to this particular walgreens. I always wonder why stores in the hood cant be polite or have good customer service.

Transferred my prescriptions here. This is the closest walgreens to me and one of the nicest. I’m greeted every time I enter which should be expected. I’ve never had a problem finding what I wanted and it’s in a plaza so I can kill time when I go there.

This is the worse store in the history of Walgreens! The corporation should be ashamed of themselves for putting this type of product out there. Moreover, the management here is shit poor at best and they are all in it for a paycheck! If the manager ever moves away from the front door trying to be cool the service may be better here but, that would never happen. Most of the employees here should be replaced!!! Starting with management. The manager that always has the earphones on should do us all a favor and quit working here.

They closed at 2pm for lunch. everyone at pharmacy goes to lunch at the same huh? and there is always a wait even if you are the only one there. .staff is luke warm. had to put one of the pharmacist in her place. ready to transfer to slauson and Western much better pharmacy service,

Employees here are so rude i ask for help to find some pills to a lady that works there and she told me she was not working to help me so what you do here and she told me to help other people wtf so what are my a damn animal walking around there damn lady so rude not coming back to this walgreens doesn’t serve not even one star I would it put zero if I could

Today I took my mom to Walgreen’s to purchase a birthday card for my cousin. While we were there, my mom decided to order a refill of her meds & I decided to check out the after Christmas sales. There was one aisle that had Christmas decorations & candy on both sides of the aisle. One sign by the candy said there was no discount. Another sign by the decorations said 70% off selected items. I found a cool light up snowman water globe & wondered if it was marked down & how much, so I wondered if there was a price checker available, like Target & Walmart have. I didn’t really see any so I went to the cashier & asked if they had one because I wanted to check the price. He turned to me & said «We don’t have those» & then gave me a blank stare for like 5 seconds. I thought he might say I can check for you, but he didn’t, so I said «So I have to wait in line to…» He didn’t even let me finish speaking before he turned his back & said «THAT’S right». Wow. How unbelievably rude.
So my mom meanwhile comes back to tell me that the pharmacy is closed. Whaaat? It’s 1:30pm so perhaps it’s lunchtime. I told my mom we can just call it in. No biggie. But before we left I decided to check & see if the drive-​thru might be open. It wasn’t, but they did have a sign saying when they’d be back. Three signs that gave 3 different times. 2:00, 2:15, & 2:30! Unbelievable but wait, there’s more. We go back home & call the automated refill line & was on hold for over 35 minutes. The recorded message said they were on the other phone helping another customer. Yeah. Right. I grew tired of waiting & having to listen to their crappy wait music so I hung up & called back to speak to an actual person this time. It took less than 10 minutes to speak to a real person: remark about how long I was on hold earlier; listen to her reason/​excuse as to why I was on hold for so long; give the refill number & hang up. So if you plan on calling to refill your prescription, I recommend that you speak to the pharmacy directly. Do not use the voice automated prompt.
FYI, this is not my first visit here. I’d give this Walgreen’s a one star rating if not for the very nice & pleasant cashier who checked us out & gave me a price check on my snowman. Without attitude. :-) Happy New Year everyone!

This walgreens suck! If I could rate it lower I would. Most of the employees walk past as if they don’t see a crowd of people starting to appear. And the manager here sucks! If I didn’t need these photos for tomorrow, I would leave.

I have never been to a Walgreens with absolutely horrible customer service. These front cashiers hate their job. It clearly shows. They shouldn’t be working in the customer service field.
I went to the store because of the sales they had in their Walgreens Ad. I had the Sunday coupons just like the ad says. Well, cashiers at this store hate dealing with coupons. They always say it doesn’t work and I have to tell them to put it in again. With an attitude and heavy lazy arms too.
Then the whole store doesn’t even have the new prices up. Yes I went on a Sunday morning but it was 11 am already.
When I first walked into the store, the front cashier was walking around. I asked him if he still had Tide detergent since he was standing right in front of it. The shelves were completely empty. He looked at me. eye to eye and then turned away. Didn’t answer my question. I let it go. But then he gave me an attitude at the register. Like I wasn’t smart or anything. Really!!! You don’t know who i am. And you are trying to give me attitude. Trust me, I am a very laid back and patient person but I am just appalled by the employees here. I’ll grab his name and will definitely tell the manager. This isn’t the first time he’s been so cold.
Then there’s another cashier there are well. Always in the front by the cigarettes. Short, no smile, no thank you… looks at me first before i approach the cashier. I get the feeling of why are you in this store… in this neighborhood. Oh and you have one coupon. wow… just make my day even harder behind this cashier. Yup, another one that doesn’t want to work.

I don’t care what anyone says! The manager there, LATASHA is wonderful, professional, & amazing! My mom went crazy with a Starbucks deal they had going on there & Latasha helped her out in figuring out the details. Anyone else would’ve been stressed out or upset in dealing with coupon ordeal, but not her. She left her staff organized to deal with other customers & she personally attended us and even helped us box and load what we bought into our shopping cart. SUPER nice, very kind, great customer service. Wonderful lady & I really appreciated her help :)

Never fails that there’s only one tech in the pharmacy. I just don’t understand. The line is always long. I like the pharmacy because the people are nice but come on get some help.

I had to find some foot cream and powder for my feet and I had no information about what I needed, but the Pharmacist (Ashley) was so helpful. she showed me several types of products and explained them to me .It really made me happy to get such knowledgeable advice and friendly service. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone who wants service done right.

I am always treated warmly here especially when my 19 month old baby boy accompanies me. Josie, Araceli, Nelson, mostly everyone who works here are cool! I appreciate their politeness and making time to greet me and even chat when it is not too busy.
Great customer service and recognition are what makes customers loyal.

Shaquilla and Tanisha were very nice and helpful. Store is not cleanest I have ever seen but considering neighborhood it is somehow not surprising.

As long as you only need the pharmacy, or maybe something simple off the shelves. But if you need anything resembling assistance, this is not the place you want to be.
All I wanted to do was pop in to get a package of razor blade refills. Okay, so our society reflecting on it’s own perception of us, these are packed away in an impenetrable inventory integrity module (locked in one of those stupid half-​busted racks that you need some fool with a key to come and open).
It’s not busy, no surprise in that; I go to the front cashiers and ask if she can call someone for me, she says she will. She does. But it means nothing. Even standing there in plain sight of her seems to have nil effect. Ironically as I’m waiting, looking at some of the other things, I noticed the little button that you ring for assistance conveniently hidden behind some mis-​laid merchandise. So I ring it… One ding, «customer service in Skin Care…» After a brief moment, I hear two dings, followed by «customer service in Skin Care…» Well after the four ding announcement, some disembodied home-​girl voice came over the PA telling «_​_​_​or _​_​_​to get the customer assistance call.» Another couple of minutes and I see no one making a move. Ultimately, this character who looked like he got rejected by a jerk dance crew works his way over. Slow as a summertime hound dog, I said the hell with this. Walked right past the security jester, and the cashier with my arms out in a Polish salute and went straight across the street to the other flop house: the CVS.
