Nicholas M. Wajda E.

Business Owner

Attorney Nicholas M. Wajda received his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Nicholas finished law school ranked first in his graduating class and was heavily involved in the Thomas Jefferson Law Review as both a writer and article’s editor.

Prior to law school, Nicholas attended Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina on a combination academic and athletic scholarship. Nicholas received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics while balancing a full schedule as a four year letterman on Furman’s Division I Varsity baseball team.

Currently, Nicholas is licensed to practice law in both California and Nevada. Nicholas is admitted in the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California, as well as the District of Nevada. Throughout his career, Nicholas has filed over 2,000 successful bankruptcy cases and helped many other clients with their debt issues through non-​bankruptcy avenues.

I’ve been meaning to write a review about this attorney for some time now. I’m surprised to see that there aren’t many reviews for Nicholas Wajda and his firm here on Unilocal.I hired Mr. Wajda to handle my bankruptcy last year, after doing extensive research. There are a LOT of sketchy (at best) bankruptcy attorneys out there, I learned. Filing bankruptcy is no longer the inexpensive and quick process it was many years ago. Mr. Wadja not only gave me the best price, but he made himself very available to answer all my questions and address all my concerns throughout this process. I realized what a great choice I’d made when I arrived at the courthouse for the final phase of the bankruptcy. There were quite a few people who had to be rescheduled because their attorneys didn’t handle their case correctly — either some important piece of information was omitted, or the paperwork wasn’t done right. Once I sat in front of the judge and answered a couple of basic questions, I was dismissed and it was done. Nicholas made an otherwise awful experience much, much better. He and his firm get my highest recommendation.

I was desperate. I did not know what to do. I had creditors calling me non stop. I had a judgment against me and threats to have my wages garnished. I went online and did a general search for what to do to stop the garnishment. Then I received an email from Wajda Law Group. I did not know who they were but I gave them a call. By the end of the week my Bankruptcy was filed. They stopped the garnishment. The whole process only took about 3 months.
I was able to get all of my questions answered by email or by phone. If you feel like you need to file for Bankruptcy, I highly recommend Wajda Law Group. Even if you are skeptical at first, give them a call. You will see right away that they are a wonderful firm and are willing to do whatever they can to help you.
