Honest, helpful, thoughtful service and spectacular cleaning services are the order of the day. I brought my wedding gown to be cleaned with the intention of reselling the dress online and because they did such a wonderful job, which started with a thorough and honest consultation, I am confident that I can get an even higher price for my dress than I initially anticipated.
I got married the day after a good rain, so there was definitely mud caked on the underside lace on the train of my dress. The owner, Minas said he and his team would do his best to remove the stain, but did not over-​promise. Instead, he over-​delivered! My dress is miraculously crystal clean and the dress looks like new. All beading and delicate handwork preserved.
He recalled that I was interested in reselling my dress and was kind enough to ask if I wanted to take photos of the dress prior to packaging for pickup. I appreciated the thought and I’m sure that I will garner a higher price for having good quality photos in a more retail (instead of home) setting.
You’ll notice when you visit the shop that he has regular customers that he knows by name and that is because he has earned the right to be a trusted resource in the community over the years. His expertise and kind demeanor are greatly appreciated. I’ll be back the next time I have a very special item to be cleaned.

I came here to have my mother’s wedding dress cleaned. I had originally thought it needed to be fully restored since my mother wore it 40 years ago and never had it preserved. The lace had all discolored and there were a few small stains at the bottom of the dress. Restoration would have cost a minimal of $ 300 – 500 without any guarantee of how it would turn out, so I decided to try Virginia’s Cleaners first. I thought their quote was extremely fair and after reading the reviews, I was sold on giving it a shot. He said it would take about 10 days, which it did and he kept in touch with me the entire time. When I picked my dress up last week, I wasn’t expecting much because after 40 years, how much yellow discoloring can really come out? Well Virginia’s pretty much brought the dress back to brand new! I was astounded. They far out exceeded my expectations and I am extremely happy I found them!
That was my first and definitely not my last experience with Virginia’s. They are top notch, friendly, extremely professional, and reasonably priced for their quality of work. As others have said, take your wedding dress here!

Virginia“s is not your ordinary cleaners, they are really a specialty cleaners, in my opinion they specialize in white clothes (your whites will stay white as snow forever). If you have any expensive piece of clothing I would highly recommend Virginia’s Cleaners.
I take my clothes here that I paid a lot of money for like my designer pieces, they are investment pieces and I want them to continue to look new and this is the place.
My Mother told me about Virginia’s and I tried them, however their prices were so expensive I had to question them, and later I found out why they are so expensive.
Virginia’s handles your clothes with special care and use very expensive cleaning products and the hangers and special things that they use to send your clothes out in are different.
The people there are friendly and very noticeable about all fabrics and they talk to you about the pieces you bring in to be cleaned. They give your zippers and buttons and any embellishments on your clothing very special care, even if they have to remove them and replace them later.
I am not recommending that you take your T-​shirts (unless they are white) here nor your everyday jeans or active wear, however if you have something really, really nice that you care a lot for, THIS IS THE PLACE!

Careful, make sure to inspect clothing when picking up before leaving. I had clothing altered without asking for it to be altered. Completely ruined the garment, taking away the style of the piece.
Also found holes in the knit garments, patched with hand sewn needle and thread, attempting to disguise the blemish they created when «delinking». A procedure that removes little balls of yarn that form on knit garments, with a tool that «shaves» the «peeling» from knit anything. A delicate procedure that demands meticulous care
Otherwise I agree with the other reviews, a high-​end («expensive») cleaners that can do an amazing job, except for this case — they removed an entire layer of fabric from my garment, and said nothing):
When I decided to wear it a few days later, I noticed the rearranged design of my sweater jacket… no bueno!

If you have expensive clothes made of fine fabrics, such as: cashmere, silk, linen, gabardine, etc. Virginia Cleaners is THE RIGHT ONE BABY!!!
The finishing is IMPECCABLE!!! Your clothes look new or better than new…
Cheap cleaners apply too much direct heat to your clothes which ruins your fabrics… Have you ever seen a gentleman with a nice suit on and the fabric is all shiny; well, the reason it’s shining is the cleaners applied too much heat. Might I add, once too much heat is applied, the fabric is ruined and will never be the same…
Let me give you heads up… They are EXPENSIVE… But here’s the thing: so are your clothes… My thinking is: why buy expensive clothes and take them to a cheap cleaners to be ruined…“know what I mean?” And as you know, you get what you pay for…
Not to mention, they are customer friendly and very professional as well… By the way, I only take my fine clothing…
Before I forget, excellent cleaning for wedding dresses…

Great high end cleaners for your more expensive or delicate clothing such as wedding dresses, beaded gowns or after five dresses. They’ve been in business for several decades. Very professional and they really know what they are doing. If there is some thing that they see that may pose a problem before cleaning, they’ll let you know (ie certain buttons).
It’s more expensive than other cleaners. You may not want to take your everyday or casual clothing here, but it’s worth it for your more delicate and cherished items. You’ll get what you pay for.

When you have really delicate items to be cleaned, this is where you go… very professional, and they provide outstanding service… This is where you would bring your wedding dress to be cleaned or really expensive silk suit or outfit…
