This has got to be the worst pizza place in the area. The pizza tastes like a cracker with tomato sauce. I wish they would put CHEESE on it. Even with extra cheese the pizza is as dry as a cracker. Also, the meatballs on the spaghetti and meatballs, are cut in half and the spaghetti sauce is like water. I have tried this place on many occasions at different times and it is always the same!

The pizza has usually been fantastic. They did make mistakes on the toppings I ordered a couple of times when I ordered for delivery but with the exception of that, I’ve usually been quite happy. Vinny’s pizza is definitely one of the best local pizza spots in the area.

The good: the pizza, though not the best in the area, has improved in my time away(a much better crust) but still isn’t as good as its old heyday with the original proprietor. The bad: the calzone has gone up in price and shrunk. It’s not as good a value as it used to be. The annoying: if you order a sandwich served cold and take it to-go(like an overwhelming majority of people do here given the lack of space), you’re being overcharged. Sandwiches served cold and ordered to-go are exempt from tax, but Vinny’s taxes you anyway. Blaming the POS software for the cash register and the verbal equivalent of shrugging one’s shoulders wasn’t something I nor any other customer should accept. If skeptical, all they need to do is go to the Subway next door and get verification(re-tested the day of this update). But given the timeframe between the initial encounter and subsequent inquiry was in the neighborhood of 7 – 8 months, they’re in no rush to stop pocketing some extra cash at the customers’ expense.

Vinnie’s pizza was super helpful when they donated to my eagle project. The staff is very helpful and generous when they helped bring the pizza out to my car. They are all really friendly and energetic. The pizza itself was really tasty and full of flavor. Overall my experience at Vinnie’s was fantastic.

Greasy, cheesy, amazing goodness! I was torn between trying Tower Pizza and Vinny’s since they’re both in really close proximity to where I’m staying. My boyfriend and I ordered two pizzas for delivery. The website(where you order online) is a little old looking and it takes 4 minutes for the order to be «transmitted via the internet.» It’s kind of a long time considering how fast other places are. I made a mistake and clicked one topping when I meant to click another. I had my boyfriend call and they fixed it right away without any problems. My set delivery time was 6:15 and they showed up 5 minutes early! The delivery man was really friendly. The pizza itself was great! The edge crust is soft and yummy and it’s really thin(like NY style of course). It is very greasy but it’s not bad compared to other places around. Don’t get dominos. Get Vinny’s! It’s pretty cheap and delicious! I dig it.

Vinny’s is consistently good pizza. It is a good NY version. My favorite in the Westside. I like the cheese pizza pie with extra sauce. Well priced too. Monday medium special $ 5.99.

The pizzas good but sometimes it’s tricky to order. The best way to go about it is call and pick up your food. You may need speak loudly but 8.5÷10 times it’s a good experience.

NEVER ever will I return. Ordered«the special» advertised on a huge banner outside the entrance. FOUR separate employees couldn’t grasp what I wanted. Received one large one medium charged for 2 large actually ordered 2 medium. Cheap tasteless sauce, minimal topping. Completely useless employees who have apparently never been trained in how to speak to a human being let alone how to treat a customer. Remember the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld? He was polite by comparison. Oh, I also left a comment on the website for corporate but never heard back so I guess they don’t care either.

Pizza was fantastic, on top of the great customer service. For the price in the area you aren’t going to get anything remotely as good. Delivery was fast and efficient. Delivery man was very courteous. 10⁄10 will order again.

I ordered a cheese pizza with sausage. They gave me a Vinny’s Special(covered in toppings) & that cost about $ 6 more. Also, ordered fettuccine alfredo which said it included broccoli. It didn’t. Let’s just say I won’t be coming here again.

I usually go to the spot in El Segundo, but this place is on my way home from work. Just as great as the El Segundo location. They are speedy! I only had to wait about 10 mins for a medium pepperoni(Go here on Monday for a half price medium!!) I really like their meat lasagna too. This place is so small but the staff here manage to put great things out of the kitchen.

Good for when you want a slice, bad for delivery. Always hit or miss. Sometimes you get the whole stomach hates you after eating some of their food. So if you’re in college, by all means, have at it. But once you grow up, go get better pizza. There’s like 3 others within walking distance.

There’s much better pizza in the area. I thought it was decent, a bit dry and oily… not too bad, but not good either. There’s other places nearby I’d rather go to for the same price.

Customer service sucks! Can’t get the address or phone numbers right. Pizza never shows up. Girl on the phones needs to find a new job. Will never call again! Do not waste your time or money on this place. Call beach pizza or dominos.

LOVE the pizza here. Good amount of cheese& pepperoni. This is a pizza place that I particularly CRAVE so it is worth it for me to drive to Westchester when I REALLY want some. Not expensive but not too affordable either. However, I still would choose Dominos(for taste/affordability).

I was driving a friend to LAX for a weekend trip and we had a couple of hours to kill. We were hungry and saw a Subway Sandwich shop on the side so we pulled into the parking lot. When we pulled in we saw the very small pizzeria. Figured it would be better than subway. It had been there since 1978 and its obvious why. The pizza was tasty, nicely crisped crust, tasty sauce and a good amount of cheese and toppings. The only downside is its a takeout only restaurant. They do have 2 tall tables out front on the curb, which is where we ate. Definitely a good pizza pie and a good deal for the money you spend. This is definitely a win. If you’re ever in Westchester and in search of tasty pizza Vinny’s is the real deal.

Good Pizza. I would come back if I were in the mood for pizza. One thing I know for sure.. . Vinny’s Pizza is A LOT better than the Domino’s Pizza next door. That alone is a great reason for me to come back. They also have coupons they mail out.
