Vermont Dental Care

I initially arrived at Vermont Dental Care in Nov of 2010 having a seriously contaminated teeth. The employees right here helped me feel totally comfy and provided the brand new discovered self-​confidence in arriving at the dental professional which i have lacked most of my entire life. Now i are available in 3 – 4 occasions annually for any cleansing and it’s an enjoyable encounter.

So I came to this dentist and I was a little skeptical bc it had bad reviews about the receptionists attitude and so on and so on but u was able to get a last min appt, the old receptionist is gone and now there’s a guy named David. He seemed cool, nice and professional. There are 2 dentists to my knowledge, one man and one woman. I went in to get my teeth pulled for ortho purposes, wait was bad office wasn’t crowded. I was called back and my X-​rays were taken immediately. However when the male dentist came in he asked what I needed I told him I needed 2 teeth pulled. Immediately he said he can’t do it and took his gloves off and said its to late in the evening and he has another patient that’s in pain (keep in mind I was 30mins early) he didn’t even look at my teeth nevertheless David scheduled me to back the next day for the female dentist. She was perfect I was called in she was polite and got to the point, numbed me and pulled the teeth out. Very quick and painless so painless I couldn’t believe she had already got the first one out lol so thumbs up to her!!!

Not impressed just the normal care

Equipment was dusty and dirty. Roaches were present. Dentist was rude and inconsiderate. Despite having an emergency I would rather deal with the pain than be at this place. Go at your own risk but dont say you werent warned. P. S. appointments doesnt matter.

I had a terrible experience in this dental office. Since the moment I arrived and saw the building I knew it wasn’t where I wanted my mouth to be examined. I decided to give it a chance since it was the office my dental insurance had me assigned to. I walked in and was given teribble customer service by the front desk girl (Adriana) I believe. She was rude and had a terrible way of explaining procedures. Worst attitude I had to deal with. The xray young lady was nice and patient. I have great insurance coverage but when the Arianna came to discuss prices she had a list of unnecessary procedures and over the top price. When I asked why the prices didn’t match my booklet she got annoyed and her voice became very loud. I left. I called my insurance company and got the prices checked and indeed they tryed to rip me off for about $ 600 from the actual price I had to copay. The bathroom is outside. There is only one dentist so wait time is very long. It is a old fashioned and beat down looking place. DON’T GO TO THIS DENTIS!

A dentist did terrible work on me a couple years ago, and Aetna kept insisting I had to back to this clown to have work corrected. I refused, filed complaints, and that’s still a work in progress. A week ago, the gum on the right lower my mouth started aching, and none the home readies worked permanently. Found this spot, grew-​up in the area, and don’t there anymore, I wanted show the community some love for a change. I didn’t have an appt., so I had about and hour and a half wait. X-​rays showed that I needed two teeth extracted. I paid, and the assistants prepped me, dentist to give me a shot, then came back in 10 – 15 minutes, and I could swear she had both teeth removed in 15 minutes. Assistant gave me instructions on the yays and nays. Got prescript and I was on my way. Office is very clean and personnel is very efficient.
