Went in for a new part because the phone wasnt working properly. Had me sign for the part, but really signed me up for a new service. Check you bill.
Not Happy.

The art of deception plays a major role in their sales. I went in and was deliberately given false information about the quality of service and price of a competitor. I have had other positive experiences in this store in the past, but this is no longer the case. There are other verizon stores where you can experience excellent service. Please guys get honest and real.

Never in my life have have I had a good experience in a Verizon store before. I always have to wait a long time to get help, and to me it seems that the associates are more interested in selling me a new phone than fixing the problem I already have.
However this Verizon site was different. They helped me promptly and although I felt I knew the problem, and Armand, the associate helping me, diagnosed another problem and was able to fix it. I was in and out and 15 minutes.
Overall really recommend coming to this store. You should make your way here even if you live as far as the valley.

Arman was fantastic! Patients above and beyond with me. He took the time to reorganize my apps and explain everything (not an easy task with this right brained person) People at this Verizon store make it a pleasent experience. I will be back!

Everyone at this store is great but Rue is exceptional. Most tech customers are at the mercy of customer service people who have no interest in helping their customers unless you are buying something and even then they only do the bare minimum. I was getting the runaround for a month before going to Westwood where Arman solved my problem immediately without my being inconvenienced and without a charge. Then Rue spent over an hour solving my phone issues for me, patiently and cheerfully. All my previous experience with Verizon has been awful. I will buy all my phones and tablets with Rue from now on and follow him if he goes to another company. Too bad Verizon doesn’t teach all their employees to be as helpful as Rue and Arman. That’s how you build customer loyalty.

I just had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had with Arman at the Westwood store.
I was having trouble with my iphone, he took an hour of his time, contacted Apple, worked with them to fix my phone and did so all while smiling, extremely polite and very knowledgable.
This young man knows what customer service is!

In the past, I’ve only gone to the Verizon store in Santa Monica and always dreaded the long waits I was guaranteed to experience there. I was in Westwood and decided to give the Verizon store in Westwood Village a try, in hopes of a more positive and less time-​consuming experience. I encountered no wait (I have waited in SM for over an hour at times) and was immediately helped by Tayo, who was great. He was patient, informative, and friendly and took the time needed to address all my needs. He did not try to upsell me, but instead gave objective information so I could make informed decisions.
I had some issues with my phone and needed to return to the store the next day and once again had excellent customer service — and without any wait. The manager, who’s name I, unfortunately, can’t remember, was very responsive, friendly, helpful, and reassuring. The tech guy who helped me, Armon (or was it Arman?), was awesome. He went above and beyond to answer questions with thorough explanations, ascertain the source of all my issues, and rectify those issues (or at least the ones that weren’t inherent limitations of my phone). He stayed well after the end of his work day to to help resolve phone issues related to my car’s Bluetooth system and deserves an award for the patience and determination he demonstrated for that one issue alone. I am very grateful to him.
I would recommend the Westwood Verizon store without hesitation and will most definitely return there in the future for any cell phone needs.

The reviews are right. The most inept people I’ve ever seen. Even over the phone they are clueless. Do not go to this store unless you want to be ripped off or misled. There is another Verizon store on Santa Monica Blvd that is better. Be careful when dealing with any of these idiots. Do your research first. I would recommend calling customer service and seeing what offers they are promoting before going to any store.

Wish I read these reviews before I went in! The sales guy I had tried to upsell me and I insisted I already had the portable charger, a case and did not want the clear covers. Also tried to justify that the monthly payment plan made sense even when I went through the numbers with him and if I bought the phone outright it would save me 350. He basically argued with me and it was so rude. The most uncomfortable interaction and I now understand why everyone else upgrades their phone and has it shipped directly! I will never go to this place ever again!!! The worst.

I’ve been to this Verizon store a few times because it’s my neighborhood store, and each time I have a fairly neutral experience — they aren’t too friendly but they aren’t rude or anything.
This last time I dealt with a rep who offered me an added feature (international calling plan of 1000 minutes to Canada) at no extra charge to my plan after I compared their plans to T-​Mobile (they have calls to Canada and Mexico included), but now I’ve just discovered he did indeed charge me for the added feature! And it was such a hassle and frustrating experience calling the Verizon customer service on the phone to fix this — I certainly didn’t feel like going to the store and dealing with them again.

If i could give NO stars i would. Went in with the intention of buying brand new phone but the sales rep was SO SO rude and standofish i walked out!!! Horrible… horrible…horrible service. Do not step foot in this location!!!

Walked in to ask about upgrade eligibility and the associate checked his iPad and basically flat out just said no. No other offers, no other options, no alternatives. Just no. I was surprised because most other places would try their hardest to sell you stuff you don’t need. I guess here they’re just not interested in getting your business. And this after I called the same store the day before and another associate told me I had options to upgrade early. Go some place else or do your business online or over the phone (like I eventually did). Much less frustrating.

I was dreading going into this store, given my previous experiences with long waits, indifferent service, and the number of negative Unilocal reviews. I’m happy to say I was completely satisfied this time. I had discovered a charge for the Navigator app, which I never ordered, on my bill and — I have been charged 5.00 a month for the past 8 months. The new manager as of September 1, Taylor, immediately credited $ 40 to my account and apologized profusely. Nice to see someone who believes in customer service!

Would give zero stars if I could. First time i went in this store, the sales associate kept trying to get me to up sell me all these absurd things I absolutely didn’t need and kept hounding me. By the end as he was making some last attempt to sell me yet another upgrade which was completely not what I needed, another sales associate from behind the counter actually tried to write him a note on a post-​it pad about what else he can try to sell me and thought I wouldn’t notice. I completely called them out on it and basically, neither one was able to say anything in reply.
The second time I went there, this completely uninformed sales ass again tried to sell me all these things I absolutely didn’t need and was trying to make it seem like he was giving me a deal when I realized he was actually leaving out critical information about the monthly cost of my plan in order to sell me a new plan. Then I ordered a phone and he said it would come with next day mail and well, it’s already been three days later…
I tried speaking to the manager over the phone and he couldn’t be more rude.

Akil helped me out at the store. He had answers for all of my questions and was professional and friendly. I didn’t wait long, and the staff went out of their way To help.

I was very impressed with this Verizon Wireless. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and they promptly showed me to someone that could help me. I came into the store so that I could switch my current phone to another phone that I already owned. The person that helped me was very patient (even though my old phone took forever to load). I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes and my experience could not have been any easier.

Was super worried due to the previous reviews. Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out very quickly. Employees and management are all different.

I had read all the previous reviews going into the store, and I was expecting terrible customer service but I was pleasantly surprised. I broke my phone today but I’ve been eligible for an upgrade for quite a while now so I came in to take care of that and get a working phone. A tall sales associate by the name of Christian helped me immediately with this, and even alerted me to a data plan promotion that was cheaper than my current plan, but with more data — all without me even asking! He spent a good 1 – 1.5 hours patiently answering all my questions about the data plan and my phone payment options. All the other sales associates I observed while I was there were very patient and courteous to their customers as well. Christian did suggest the purchase of several additional accessories to go with my new phone, but was never pushy about it and respected the fact that I wanted to take my time to shop around a little more for those.
The only reason I took off a star was because as a whole my visit was not very efficient, but the sales associates are not completely at fault for this. The wifi in the store that the employees had to work with in-​store was, surprisingly, incredibly slow, and that definitely slowed down the process just waiting for certain requests to go through or when we were trying to update and set up my new phone.
Overall, a very pleasant, albeit longer than originally anticipated visit. I’m glad that they were able to help me get my replacement phone on the spot, and I would definitely come back if I had any issues with my phone or if I had any questions about my phone plan.

Every time I visit this location, with the hopes of having a better experience than any previous visit, I am always let down and leave felling unhelped and dissatisfied every time.
These reps are not trained well on customer service and product knowledge. I am always giving them more info about inquiries than they can provide to me which is stressful since I am the customer not the employee.
Rude reps that are not welcoming at all. Most of the time you’ll enter the store and walk around helping yourself for a good minimal of 15 minutes before someone approaches you to «add your name to the list» to be helped smh. I was eligible to upgrade and came to this location four times with failed experiences before I’ve decided to just upgrade at Best Buy altogether instead.
Avoid at all cost unless you’re only expecting to pay your phone bill. That’s because you deal with a kiosk that’s more efficient than the employees.

Just bad customer service!
I recently bought a hotspot device and had to return because it does not receive signal in my area. I waited for a while before anyone even acknowledged me despite them looking at me.
Finally, when I received help. The salesman just keeps ranting about how he’s never had one returned to him before and that Verizon is the best. Okay, I get it. Just help me get it to work then! He failed to understand my problem and did not know what to do, even though I repeatedly asked if he could just file a service ticket to fix the towers around my area. It was like a telephone game because despite the manager being right in front of me, the team member had to repeat what I said back to him; completely redundant!
One week later, I return because obviously it hasn’t improved. I get one to two bars MAYBE, yet the device said I used 4.2÷5 gb of the data when I can’t even use it!
It’s tiring to always have to come back, especially when the team members and the managers are unknowledgeable about their job.
Save your time and money; avoid!
