The worst repair company ever. They threatened my elderly mother(age 73) because they couldn’t perform a repair due to their own ineptitude. I don’t think they realized I was here when their terrible repairman came to our home. Not only did they take a month to order a part – it was the wrong part! The extended warranty company who connected with USB authorized another repair, but because they made the mistake with the wrong part, they told my mother the tech was going to come back and pull the pump from our machine! How is that going to happen? To me, that threat is tantamount to assault. Then the lady proceeded to say the $ 75 bill(that the warranty already said they’d pay) was going to come from my other or they would purposely put her in collections. What kind of organization is this? They terrorize customers? They can’t perform on their contract? They refuse to leave receipts? And on top of that, they don’t answer their phone – for the customer or the warranty company. On top of that, the technician they sent had very little command of English. He basically ignored my mother’s questions mumbled back a indiscernible remark. I wish I could leave zero stars. I’m going to pursue every avenue to make sure this company will no longer threatens elderly customers. And by the way, using«USB» I the company name is

The repairman was very nice, but made several visits and could not fix the problem. This company was sent by our extended warranty provider that had not qualified them before sending. The repairman was completely untrained on our appliance and after two and half weeks of unsatisfactory service and response we finally called an authorized repair person who fixed the problem in twenty minutes and charged us $ 41.00. So, be sure to check that they are qualified on the particular machine you have and avoid wasted weeks and many fruitless calls and ‘on hold’ experiences.
